Best, hotel stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room and hotel was clean. The staff was very amenable. It was the first time in a long time I actually slept when I was at a hotel. My room was very quiet and the air conditioner unit was quiet and worked well. Blackout curtains were an excellent idea and kept the room good and dark at night.

Cons:

There's really not much I can think of. Breakfast was not great. It was the usual hotel buffet breakfast. It would have been good to have had some more lighting choices.

Beautiful new hotel. Roof top bar we missed but will be back when warmer tocheck it out. Can't wait to go again.

Cons:

When we checked into the hotel the two ladies working good were excellent. In checking out it was a different story. the two ladies were very rude and should not be working with the public. We did not purchase breakfast - I was shocked that it was not included in the room stay.

Great room and very spacious!
Pros:

Loved the location! Not too close to the chaos but close enough for a 10 minute drive.

Cons:

The lady ant check out was a bit rude/ not so nice.

The hotel was very close to everything, very clean and the staff was very friendly. The area is also very quiet. We plan on returning next year. I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt

Cons:

Rooftop bar/outdoor seating experience was terrible! 2 waitresses completely ignored us numerous times they passed by with intention, rather than letting us know we had to go check in with a hostess. Absolutely rude.
