Super confortable hotel and great location.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were professional and customer-focused. They made it easy to book attractions and restaurants. Restaurante Sergio at the hotel was amazing!

Cons:

Everything about our stay was excellent. My only concern is that the rate I paid through Booking.com was significantly higher than the price shown on the hotel’s website and the rate quoted at the hotel’s reservation desk. We effectively paid nearly double what the hotel was offering directly.

Nice location.and clean.

Cons:

Definitely not worth almost $300 Little to no internet access,no microwave in rooms, rooftop had black stains resembled mildew. Paid $25 for late check out and housekeeping was unaware.

Stayed here a few times before really like it
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property, beautiful location

Cons:

One elevator under maintenance with no sign, letting you know that it’s under maintenance and maybe moving slower than normal. So at least customers have the option of taking the stairs rather than just standing in front of the elevators.

It was good, but definitely room for improvement considering price of rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful property, but a bit pricey. Valets were wonderful! Breakfast good with a nice selection. Enjoyed the rooftop deck with live music.

Cons:

All of the televisions and piped in music in Spanish….didn’t even have the Olympics on in breakfast area to watch the final hockey game…. Only Spanish cartoons and soap operas…. A bit disappointing!

Best, hotel stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room and hotel was clean. The staff was very amenable. It was the first time in a long time I actually slept when I was at a hotel. My room was very quiet and the air conditioner unit was quiet and worked well. Blackout curtains were an excellent idea and kept the room good and dark at night.

Cons:

There's really not much I can think of. Breakfast was not great. It was the usual hotel buffet breakfast. It would have been good to have had some more lighting choices.

Cons:

When we checked into the hotel the two ladies working good were excellent. In checking out it was a different story. the two ladies were very rude and should not be working with the public. We did not purchase breakfast - I was shocked that it was not included in the room stay.
