Pros:

The hostess is the nicest woman!! So welcoming and warm! Had a wonderful time with her! Answered every question and request with a smile!!!
The beds were very comfortable and the location is great if you're interested in climbing Mt Kazbek!!

Cons:

The shower had no curtain which was kind of rough and there was no air conditioning so in the summer it could get hot.
