Excellent small / medium size hotel, lovely, caring and sweetest owners (the couple), neat and clean rooms, beautiful lounge to hang around (I can spend whole day sitting there enjoying coffee / views as it offers so much relaxation), best breakfast we ever had thanks to the nicest lady who cooked everything herself, lovely breathtaking views.

Free coffee & tea 24 hrs. The hotel provide lounge for you to hang around, very comfortable & with great Mountain View. The lady is friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, variety of choices. You can enjoy the breakfast with the excellent view. We enjoy our 2 nights stay at Northgate.
The pillow is too high for me, bed is too soft and got noise.

Единственный момент, в номерах нет чайника личного пользования) мне не критично, но так как я приехала и заболевала, то хотелось много пить горячего) из-за отсутствия в номере, пришлось побегать на первый этаж с термо кружкой за кипятком. Но персонал отнесся с пониманием и мне постоянно предполагали сделать чай с вареньем (тронуло до глубины души)

Hotel location is excellent and very near to local market where you can find good restaurants and supermarkets. And specifically you will enjoy the very beutiful mountain view from your balcony. And delicious breakfast 😋 prepared by a owner only ( guess ).
I visited with family and find no issue.
I feel tea kettle should be provided in the room. I believe bz of very cold around there room provided with heater option only but no Air conditioning system ( i believe you should keep balcony door open in case you feel more warm inside room) .
