Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, très complet
Personnel très gentil, même si on ne parle pas la même langue, le monsieur est très attentionné
Propreté impeccable

Cons:

La salle de bain est petite, et il y a facilement de l’eau qui se répand partout après une douche, une paroi en verre serait une bonne amélioration en remplacement du rideau
Ce n’est pas la faute de la guest house, mais il y avait un groupe de 20 Sud Coréens, qui étaient très bruyant aussi bien le matin que le soir, tard

The hotel owners are warm and welcoming!
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. At the guests’ request, the heating was turned on even though it wasn’t so cold. Breakfast is prepared individually for each guest, which struck me as an exceptional example of Georgian hospitality! The breakfasts, by the way, are very delicious—the khachapuri made with homemade cheese was the best I’ve ever tasted in Georgia. Also the hotel is in a great location!

It is just okay, we wish we had made another choice.

Location to town area and view of Kazbegi peak

Cons:

The place is falling apart. A lot of water damage, mold in bath, stained windows, wet bathroom. The bathroom reeked of mold and the bed was very uncomfortable. We had to leave the balcony door cracked open for breathable air. One of the overhead lightbulbs did not work. A lot of reviews we read said breakfast was great. We found it to be marginal. No toaster, only instant coffee, no fruit, and no yogurt. The man did cook eggs to order and seemed friendly, the woman was very offish . A bit more of feeling welcome would really help.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, tiszta szoba, kitűnő reggeli, mindenkinek ajánlom.
Pros:

Tiszta szoba, gyönyörű kilátás a Gergeti kolostorra és a hegyekre. A reggeli csodálatos volt, helyi tejtermékekkel. Házi készítésű khachapurit szolgáltak fel.
