This place has been terribly neglected, no cleaning. I could not shower, dirty everywhere you turn
Pros:

The property and grounds are a lovely old building and nice landscape but let down as it is badly neglected. Needs to be cleaned

Cons:

The bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. Visible mould and dirt everywhere. I could not shower. Plus plumbing problem, you could either have hot or cold water but if you try and get warm it just goes to cold. For premium rates the least they can do is provide a clean and useable bathroom

Peaceful location but rooms needs improvement
Pros:

The grounds were picturesque and the buildings lovely in the setting

Cons:

Self check in was disconcerting and lack of any staff onsite disturbing. Rooms adequate but bathrooms need better quality fittings ( showerhead) and mattress had needs a topper and poor quality pillow need more than one. Buildings not maintained and cobwebs/ dead insects everywhere.

I have stayed at this venue before and I love the atmosphere as it reflects the surrounding district
Pros:

The Breakfast was First Class and I like the Cafe Location in the centre of the facility

Cons:

The on-going maintenance was an observation. I observed Roofing and other areas which should require attention through a maintenance Team.

Had a lovely night, room clean and comfortable with lovely touches, the gardens are amazing.
Pros:

The gardens were beautiful and vast. There was a lot of attention to details in the room, including a large selection of Twining tea bags and delicious chocolates. TV was easy to use. Bathroom well appointed and clean.

Cons:

I loved everything about the accommodation but the breakfast in the cafe let it down. Coffee lukewarm, poached eggs over done, not a lot of service or attention by the staff.

Alt, feucht und dreckig
Pros:

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit Gänsen und Alpakas

Cons:

Wirklich grindig! Einzig das große Doppelbett war super.
