Enjoyable
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with friendly & helpful staff. Breakfasts & evening meals were good & good value too.

Cons:

We arrived during their ‘weekly’ karaoke which was a bit disconcerting as we unpacked to loud music, but hotel generally quiet for the rest of our stay.

Pros:

The staff were lovely especially the bar staff Shannon, the owners were as lovely as they were last year. Loved the karaoke especially one lovely lady Rita. Food was yummy, everywhere was clean. Love the animals in particular the parrots

Cons:

One side of our bed had a bit of a dip in the mattress so a little uncomfortable but that's only complaint

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely small hotel - staff were friendly and the food was good. Full English breakfast. We were given the Family room which was a big room overlooking the courtyard. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

Nothing - stayed here a few times and it is always welcoming

Sutton and Seashells were a good combination!
Pros:

Perfect location only a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly. Spotlessly clean throughout.

Cons:

Decor is always very subjective but I found some of their design choices rather bizarre! My wife on the other hand thought them 'Charming'.

Warm, welcoming and comfortable with many fish and birds in the garden.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and tea was actually boiled water served with milk and teabags. Excellent for me as I like very weak tea with no milk.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that could have been better.

Biker friendly with safe parking
Pros:

A friendly welcome with safe parking for our motorbikes. We ate there and the food was excellent. Two minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

People were smoking in the garden right under our window but to be fair it was during the World Cup and there was a match on in the bar.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Room was clean nice toiletries and biscuits to go with tea coffee facilities when they work

2 single beds 1 double bed
Got room with 1 double bed and bunk beds
Manager said was fault of booking. Com
Such rooms not available !
However I see the option is still there today for booking
Power went off during the night !
Found an employee working near the room said it trips out when it rains !
Not able to charge phones or make coffee or shower till 8.15
Evidently most people sleep late so manager said not a problem !

Perfect quiet seaside getaway
Pros:

Perfect location, our 14.5 year old dog who struggles with her legs was able to move around the room freely. The staff were amazing, very attentive and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.

I looked the people there. I liked the doctor. The bed was comfy and it was clean. I will go again definitely

I didn't find anything I didn't like.really.. the fly's were annoying but they'd be anywhere you went so I'd be annoyed anywhere with them

Perfect location and Perfect food
Pros:

The food was excellent and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Cons:

My husband and I felt that our matress was too hard, and we also didn’t enjoy that we could hear the people in the next room flushing their toilet or turning on their sink, which made it a little difficult to get to sleep.

Great last minute booking highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean well presented. Room was very nice beds comfy. Bar area was good well priced. Staff were friendly and looked after us well. We booked the same afternoon as we arrived and everything was ready like we’d booked in advance.

Seashells Beach Hotel
Pros:

Room was very clean and warm, plenty of tea & coffee facilities. Disabled access with enough space for a wheelchair inside the room. Location was good only a short walk to shops and sea front. No problem parking. Excellent choices for breakfast and evening meal, food lovely .
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Only 1 little thing could have done with a little side table on the other side of the bed.
