La amabilidad y disposición del personal del hotel, Gustavo y Fernando nos atendieron como si llegáramos a casa... La habitación maravillosa, amplia, con vestidor y frente a la alberca. Sí o sí regresaremos...

El silencio.

Cons:

No tienen servicio de restaurante aunque está anunciado, no tuvimos luz en la segunda noche por más de 4 horas, ni agua, tuve que salir muy noche con una cubeta y traer de la piscina para el sanitario, muchísimos zancudos, y nunca me dieron las pilas del control de la tele.
Los colchones están muy duros.
Fui a desayunar al hotel cercano a 50 metros y por el mismo precio está mucho mejor.

Disappointing
Pros:

Room smells were bad and humid, with no air conditioner and very low visibility.
It felt like you were sent to the dungeon.

I'M USED to be in places where everything is very clean and neat high visibility I took parents and even them felt very uncomfortable

Cons:

I like the propery but felt short. Staff was no were to be found

Beautiful property, very quiet area, friendly staff, great parking!

Cons:

Since the restaurant is not operational, it would be nice if they would have coffee makers in the rooms, or offer coffee in the lobby in the mornings.
