Excelente opción cerca del centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente, a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Las personas de recepción muy amables y el desayuno que sirven, aunque es sencillo es suficiente y tiene muy buen sabor. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. Se nota que constantemente tiene mantenimiento

Cons:

En general la pasamos bien en nuestra estancia, tal vez solo haría algunos cambios en la zona de desayuno. Me parece que la luz blanca hace muy fría esa área, sobre todo porque no tiene luz natural.

Great value for money.
Pros:

The location and the staff were fantastic. Just a few steps from the main square. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The breakfast was basic but really good, with a different hot dish every day.

Elevador y rampas
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal es muy amable

Cons:

Por las mañanas olía mucho a gas y drenaje, también el elevador estaba descompuesto lo que hacia más complejo subir para una persona con bastón, además de una carriola, seria bueno que lo arreglaran asi como en la entrada una rampa

Excelente servicio
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Al momento del registro la recepcionista es muy atenta y amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, sin duda regresé en mi próxima visita.

El desayuno es muy limitado aunque bueno, el estacionamiento lo cobran aparte y no funciona el elevador

Una gran opción
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.
El personal es muy amable
El desayuno estuvo rico, recién hecho y muy completo.

Cons:

La bahía se ocupa para hacer entregas de proveedores y no se puede uno estacionar como cliente del hotel.
Yo le invertiría a que las ventanas pudieran ser a prueba de ruido, eso ayudaría muchísimo a disfrutar la estancia como huésped.

No hubo agua caliente, todo lo demás es aceptable.
Pros:

Cerca del centro, cómodo, habitaciones grandes que cumplen su función.
Tiene estacionamiento a unos cuantos metros, puedes llegar y salir sin problema. Staff amigable y atento.

Cons:

El gran problema fue que el agua caliente jamás salió, ni dejando correr el agua unos minutos como lo indicaba el staff. Supuestamente alguien fue a solucionar el problema, sin embargo ni cambiándonos de habitación tuvimos agua caliente, lo cual, en Querétaro en noviembre es inaceptable.
Las almohadas son incómodas, el aseo a la habitación no se realizó porque alguien olvidó comunicar que la habita estaba siendo ocupada…
Hace falta un burro y plancha de ropa.
Por último, no mucho que hacer, pero la iglesia cree que la gente quiere escuchar sus campanadas a las 5 de la mañana!! Eso no es de Dios.

A great location option if you want to be close to everything! Friendly staff and a clean room.
Pros:

The location was great - very walkable and close to the center. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

It got a little cold at night and was difficult to shut the window, but I doubled up the blanket and was just fine!
