Good for a short stay
Pros:

We booked this hotel for one night only, to serve as a stopover during our drive from Colombo to Arugambay. When we arrived we were told that we got upgraded to a room with a balcony. The hotel was located away from the main road, in a quiet area. The breakfast was included and it was a prefixed serving of pancakes, fresh fruit, coffee or tea and eggs with toast. The gym was very small, but it's a bonus since I didn't even count on having one. There was a pool which was definitely a must especially in this heat.

Cons:

The room door unfortunately has this design at the top and it lets all of the morning light in. I imagine most local people wake up and start the days with the sun but it's not something you'd like while on vacation. Because the hotel is so remote there aren't many restaurants nearby so all of your meals are destined to be at the hotel.

Hotel ótimo (com ótimo safaris) como base para safaris no Yala Nacional park
Pros:

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia neste hotel. Os funcionários foram muito simpaticos, amaveis e prestáveis. Fizemos os safaris com o hotel e adoramos! O nosso guia, Madu, foi incrível, fizemos dois safaris com ele. Foi incansável na procura por animais mas sempre respeitador! Recomendamos.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend......das Team ist den ganzen Tag unterwegs und reinigt die kleinsten Ecken...die safari ist schon auch interessant...wobei viele Fahrzeuge um die besten Plätze kämpfen...das safari Team ist aber sehr routiniert und gut vernetzt..
Das Essen ist sehr gut und empfehlenswert, wobei die Preise etwas höher liegen..

Mooi en schoon
Pros:

Mooiste en schoonste hotel in deze prijsklasse tot nu toe. Goede douche, mooi zwembad. De kinderen vonden de milkshakes super lekker.
Wij hebben vanuit het hotel een safari gedaan met Channa. Dit was echt geweldig. Hij racete om vooraan in de rij te kunnen staan zodat we als eerste het park in konden. Ook in het park ging hij er vol voor en met resultaat, al na 40 minuten hadden we een luipaard gezien. Echt te gek. Daarnaast ook alle dieren die we wilden gezien. Het racen vinden wij juist ook heel leuk en voelde heel veilig. Bedankt Channa!
Het personeel is super aardig. Het eten lekker!

Cons:

Niets, maar realiseer je dat er niets in de directe omgeving is. Dus als je geen eigen vervoer hebt, ben je net als wij aangewezen op eten in het hotel. Wij vonden dat geen enkel probleem en hebben lekker gegeten tegen schappelijke prijzen. Enige jammer is dat ze meer vragen voor betalen met kaart. Dat zou bij deze bedragen niet nodig moeten zijn. Werd wel duidelijk gecommuniceerd vooraf.

We had the perfect stay in this hotel. Highly recommend it.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice and super clean.The staff is just exceptional and very helpful. The food was amazing.We wish we had more nights in this hotel.

Notting to complain just some noise in the morning outside the room.

Top verblijf!
Pros:

We hebben enorm genoten! Kamers waren prima op orde met een fijne badkamer. Personeel was super vriendelijk en het eten was lekker. Ook het zwembad was zalig om af te koelen na de safari.

Cons:

Wij vonden de bedden erg hard.. maar dat is smaal natuurlijk.
