Pros:

Comunicare facilă cu proprietarul. Posibilitate de a parca în curte. Curățenie. Locație foarte aproape de centru.
Deși am citit în alte comentarii despre gălăgia din camerele de la strada, consider că este bine izolat imobilul, iar toamna-iarna când oricum geamul este inchis mare parte din timp, zgomotul traficului este aproape imperceptibil.
Curte drăguț amenajată, ca terasa și loc de relaxare.

Cons:

Totul a fost ok, aș reveni.

Perfect choice for us
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and all listed facilities were provided. We were especially happy about the mosquito nets and the fact that we were provided with a baby cot on request. Location is close to the city center and easily accessible. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful.

Cons:

The windows were facing a main street, therefore it was pretty noisy at night, you could hear the cars passing by as we left the windows open...
