Great food, great staff. Cool facilities
Dinner served very late and slow. Starts at 19:30 and doesn't finish before 21:30 which is very late for kids
The location is perfect. The food was in abundance. Breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and a 3-course dinner. The food is so so good. All the meats were delicious, cured and cooked. Best cured meats I've ever had. The dinners were pretty special, different every night and with different themes. Afternoon tea is a bit of a treat, especially for the kids if they're allowed sweet things. There were fruits, sandwhiches, donuts, crepes, a chocolate fountain, pastries. The staff were awesome, kind, friendly, attentive and incredible with kids. We booked the Scoiattolo suite which was very comfortable for us, fun for the kids. Lovely views to the mountain and a big balcony to get some fresh air.
At home we eat dinner pretty early at 5.30pm so we can eat with the kids, do bath and bed. We would've preffered the option to eat earlier (dinner starts at 7.30pm) so that we can eat with them but also to digest the mountain of food we ate every night. We asked for the kids have dinner at 6pm and we would then have dinner later at 7.30pm.
