Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is brand new and well maintained. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

We had a family room with a bunk bed for kids. The room for the bunk bed is way too small, looks much bigger on the pictures. Apart from that you have the open shower without any door at all and a glass toilet door with no lock, which doesn’t seem very suitable for a family room which claims can accommodate 4 adults.

Was soll man zu dieser Frage antworten: einfach alles! Das Zimmer ausgezeichnet, das Essen ebenso, die Organisation im Hotel (Garagenplatz etc. ) und... Die Freundlichkeit und das Bemühen des Personals ist echt zu würdigen. Dass das seinen Preis hat ist selbstverständlich.

1 Il cibo al tavolo troppo sofisticato
2 i wc separati dal resto della camera solo da vetro, quasi trasparente e porta che non si chiude completamente hanno creato molto disagio, abbiamo dovuto usare i servizi comuni per avere la giusta privacy
3 una cosa strana: nei letti se stavi sdraiato sulla parte più esterna scivolavi giù dal letto, come il bordo del materasso fosse inclinato verso l'esterno

5 Sternehotel mit leichtem Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Der Restaurant Manager war immer außergewöhnlich gut gekleidet und man merkte Ihm an, dass er (wie auch die anderen Mitarbeiter) den Job mit Hingabe machen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Zum Abendessen gab es 4 Menüvorschläge aus denen man auswählen konnte. Das Zimmer war rustikal mit viel Holz, aber dennoch modern ausgestattet und geräumig. Zimmerreinigung war täglich. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Jedes Zimmer hat einen kostenlosen Stellplatz für PKW in der Tiefgarage. Es gab 2 Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos zu einem günstigen Preis von 50ct/KWh vor dem Haus. ( Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, daher hierzu keine Aussage.) Grundsätzlich würden wir aber das Hotel wieder wählen, wenn wir nochmal nach Südtirol fahren. Die Ortsmitte war in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es bei Ankunft sehr warm wegen der Temperaturen. Es gab jedoch keine Klimaanlage. Leider waren die offenen Lebensmittel am Buffet (Wurst, Käse und Kuchen, Obst ) nicht durch einen "Spuckschutz" geschützt... für mich daher etwas unhygienisch....
Das Personal konnte leider kein Deutsch. (bis auf 1-2 Personen an der Rezeption). Kommunikation im Speisesaal nur auf Englisch. Das "Bad" war offen im Zimmer und die Toilette war nur durch eine Glasscheibe vom Raum getrennt, was nicht sehr angenehm war.. Die Preise für Getränke empfanden wir als hoch. Eine Flasche Wasser kostete 5€,, 0,33 Cola = 6 Euro und ein Bier sogar 7€.. Fernsehbedienung recht kompliziert. Auf dem Balkon sitz man wie auf dem Präsentierteller, da der Balkon durchsichtige Glasscheiben als Brüstung hat.
