Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und wir konnten auch schon eine Stunde vor Check-in Zeit einchecken.
Allerdings:
Wir haben zu dritt ein Zimmer im 2. Stock mit 5 Betten bekommen, dessen Heizung nicht funktioniert hat. Es war sehr kalt. Das schlimmste war aber, dass das WLAN in der hintersten Ecke, wo sich unser Zimmer befand, nicht funktionierte. Nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, bekamen wir die Anzwort, wir dürften uns in die Lobby setzen und dort das WLAN benutzen... nach insistieren kam der Chef und das Internet auch im letzten Zimmer des 2. Stocks.... aaaaber leider nur für eine halbe Stunde. Selbst Netflix auf dem Fernseher oder per Daten Roaming war dort oben nichts zu machen... Wenn man als Tourist in die Stadt kommt, um sich eine Route und Attrakionen herauszusuchen, ist das immens einschränkend und mindert die Qualität des Aufenthalts enorm
