Poor advertisement of room .They need to look at it again ,and put the truth .

Being allowed to charge my Electric Tuk Tuk Manager was friendly.

Cons:

The room was poor only 1 electrical socket . Advertised to have a balcony ,never did . False advertisement if I had known I would have booked ..

Pros:

When upgraded to.luxury room it was very comfortable,

Cons:

The supposedly deluxe room we had booked was not up to the standard expected. The manager immediately tried to upgrade us to a luxury room at extra cost. We declined then found the deluxe room had a cockroach so we were then upgraded to the luxury room for free. This was then very comfortable but at a cost and the fridge was filthy. We felt the original deluxe room was poor and had probably been shown it to pressure us to pay more. We initially booked here to break up the journey back to Negombo but not really needed as not really too much further. I would recommend missing out staying here unless you have to. General cleanliness was poor and we avoided eating here.

Try to upgrade you and make you pay double - be careful
Pros:

Nice rooms, good pool and helpful staff.

Cons:

They try to make you pay more if you’re a foreign tourist. They say because you’re western you have money therefor you should pay the price for a premium room. Automatically upgraded us and said we had to pay double. Not ideal

Good value & convenient location between airport and Sigiriya.
Pros:

Very convenient for a night coming from the airport. Large room and nice large bathroom. Also, nice, large and clean pool, actually even better than on the photos. Food was nothing special, but OK (and cheap). Overall very good value for money. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Generally, the place was clean. However, it seems there is a Sri Lankan tendency of not always changing the sheets.
