Herrliche für uns neue Berglandschaft. Und bei schönem Wetter müsste es himmlisch sein.
Pros:

Frühstück top, sowie auch die Lage am (zugefrorenen) See.

Cons:

Das Wetter hätte viel besser sein können.

Magnifique lieu, hôtel agréable et bien équipé.
Pros:

L'hôtel est au bord du lac noir dans un cadre splendide.
La chambre était grande et confortable, l'hôtel était calme (période creuse car vacances cantonales déjà passées).
Les installations piscines intérieure et spa étaient top.
Restaurant de bonne qualité avec du choix et des tarifs corrects.

Cons:

L'hôtel date au bas mot des années 80 et mériterait un grand rafraichissement (moquettes, mobilier et décorations "d'époque", installations vieillissantes, ...).
Le personnel est globalement à 50% très aimable, mais à 50% très antipathique. Pour un canton bilingue et un lieu très touristique, le fait d'être francophone est ouvertement un problème pour certains, qui ne parlent PAS UN MOT de français. Nos tentatives de "vrai" Allemand les dérangent tout autant et ils passent à l'anglais. Nous l'avons pris à la rigolade mais c'est un vrai point d'attention pour un 4 étoiles.

Sehr angenehme Übernachtung
Pros:

Ich wurde höflich empfangen und hatte ein grosszügiges Zimmer im dritten Stock. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist super!

Cons:

Es in die Jahre gekommen aber für mich kein grosses Problem

La carte du restaurant pourrait changer nous sommes venus plusieurs fois en plusieurs années et c’est toujours la même…

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été absolument remarquable sous tous les points
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux ! L'hôtel est impeccable, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant , chaleureux et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, et l’ambiance générale est à la foi cosy et reposante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : le petit déjeuner, très bien organisé avec une grande diversité de produits trés achalandé. La piscine ainsi que la vue sur le lac un vrai plaisir du début à la fin, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
