Pros:

Bij het ontvangst voelde wij ons gelijk al helemaal welkom! De kamer en de badkamer voldeden aan onze vereisten en super leuk de gevulde mini koelkast. Na een dag met cultuur snuiven en terassen, heerlijk geslapen. Wij vinden het hotel een aanrader!

Een heerlijk verblijf met een warm welkom.
Pros:

Locatie midden in het centrum. Heel aardig personeel en een comfortabele kamer. Zelfs stonden er drankjes van het huis klaar!

Pros:

Leuke locatie. Goede bedden. Ruikt lekker als je de lobby binnemkomt.
Koffie, thee en inhoud koelkastje-free- was prima

Cons:

Vlotter toilet bleef soms hangen dus bed uit om opnieuw te flushen.
Televisie deed t niet: groot scherm maar niks erop te krijgen: jammer met oudjaar.

Prettig verblijf. Prima rust.
Pros:

Het hotel is stijlvol en opvallend schoon. Het ligt in het centrum van Bergen op Zoom, met een directe ligging tegenover het Markiezenhof. Het inchecken werd verzorgd door een hoffelijke receptioniste met een rustige, positieve uitstraling.

De kamer bevat gedrukte menu’s en visitekaartjes voor het regelen van ontbijt of diner elders. Er is een minibar aanwezig; de drankjes zijn inbegrepen bij de boeking. De televisie is groot en functioneert naar behoren. Er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd in het hotel, wat voor ons geen bezwaar was.

Het ontbreken van ontbijtservice draagt waarschijnlijk bij aan het hoge niveau van netheid in de lobby, de gangen en de kamers. De faciliteiten zijn ordelijk en volledig functioneel. In de gang staat een mand waarin gasten ’s ochtends hun huissleutels kunnen achterlaten.

Het hotel biedt gasten een grote mate van zelfstandigheid in een aantrekkelijke omgeving. Dat waardeerden wij en wij zouden het hotel aan vrienden aanbevelen.
