La alberca extraordinaria y el paseo de los manglares esta super,
hay que rehabilitar el puente de observacion de los manglares, para ofrecerlo como oportunidad de observacion de fauna silvestre y embarcadero
Las instalaciones super excelentes, el trato del personal super bien y muy accesible en costo, volvería a regresar.

Sigue el navegador de google, pareciera no hay hotel pero unos metros mas allí estará. Discreto por fuera, bonito por dentro, la propiedad todo bien y agradable.
Habitación: amplia, limpia, aire acondicionado funcionando al 100. En la habitación hay sillones comodos asi como una mesa de centro con banquitos. Señal de Sky en smart TV con Apps. WiFi. Personal atento y amable. Pedimos de cenar y nos llevaron los alimentos a la habitación sin costo extra. Varias albercas: para adultos (algo profunda) y tambien hay para niños.
El personal de lobby nos oriento para pedir una lancha y visitar la parte de la isla/resturantes donde puedes llegar al mar. El hotel tiene su propio muelle donde te llevan y traen por $200 pesos.
Detalles a mejorar: al usar la regadera, el agua tardaba en irse por lo que se formaba un gran charco. Una cortina/persiana estaba en mal estado (deshilada). Algunos focos/luminarias dentro de la habitación no prendían. El agua de la alberca se sentía muy caliente y el clima estaba caluroso.

Only bad experience with other guests out of control. Occupying pools only for them looking like drunk people and Knocking in the middle of the night on the door, asking to open and screaming. Hotel staff promptly supported the situation.

Clean, well kept property. The best part of it all was the amazing staff. They did everything in their power and then some more to get it right and help out. Great cook in the kitchen and excellent service staff in the kitchen/dinning area

Excelente trato del personal, desde el recibimiento, la estancia, siempre prestos para apoyar y orientar en cuanto a como moverse al estero, manglares o algun area circundante al hotel, los alimentos, snacks y postres deliciosos. Mil Gracias Sr. Oscar, Chef y todo el personal en general. Por supuesto que volveria en un futuro si Dios nos lo permite.
