Ein Mitarbeiter hat gesagt: „Wir tun alles um euch glücklich zu machen. Wenn wir etwas nicht haben, was ihr wollt, machen wir es.“ Das entspricht etwa, was einen erwartet, wenn man hier bucht. Man wird so gut behandelt, dass man gar nicht mehr gehen will. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle toll und freundlich, immer am Lächeln und stets zuvorkommend. Die Villen waren einfach nur der Hammer. Extrem sauber und das Bett ein Traum. Das Essen war himmlisch - alleine wegen des Essens würden wir wieder kommen. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv empfehlenswert: etwas vom Besten was Panama zu bieten hat. Einfach nur WOW und ein grosses Danke an das gesamte Team.
Obwohl Check-In um 15:00 Uhr war, konnten wir unsere Villa erst um 15:40 Uhr beziehen. Das war zu Beginn etwas enttäuschend.
Das Meer hatte leider etwas sehr viele Quallen. Hier kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür. Es hiess, dass sie harmlos sind. Es war trotzdem ein komisches Gefühl.
This was our intro to all inclusive accommodation. We fear the bar has been set too high- the staff were amazing from start to finish remembering each guests name and the little things such as milk preference with coffee or general orders. The room was simply stunning with adequate space for chilling out before booking some fun packed excursions with the great captains in this accommodation. A different menu each night at the main restaurant had us counting our time down until dinner as each one somehow managed to out perform the last. 10/10 will be back and already looking into other Nayara locations!

Staff is really friendly
They offer private bungalows but at the end there are not so private. In most of them your neighbour can look straight in. They pretend to have a beach bar but they forget to mention they are doing construction work next to it. Some bungalows have there kayak ready, others not and it van take a long time before you get one. They told us they were in maintenance,hmm
Everything is designed and properly taken care of. One of the smoothest experience I had - staff is super welcoming, amazingly trained, the rooms are perfect, the nature as well. Restaurant serves very good food and always changing menu, also adjust to personal asks.

The entire experience was amazing! From the time we arrived the staff received us like family. My fiancé and I had just got engaged the day before. Coming to the resort was the dream way of celebrating . Excellent environment, villas are cozy , and food was delicious every day! Thank you all for making are stay a wonderful experience and also a memory that will last a lifetime!

The elephant restaurant needs to improve his skills with fish and seafood. Anything that we tried related to seafood or fish was disappointing. The kitchen at the regular restaurant was way better with the seafood.

the reason that Nayara is so outstanding is first and foremosts its people and the service they offer. The staff is so extremely helpful that it makes for such a unique experience. It is first first class but without being ostentatious the slightest. Really easygoing, relaxed and friendly. Examples are that the chefs will try and fulfull your wishes outside of the menu options and prepare for example the most delicious sushi if you wish. Other example is that you will be supplied with whatever you can think off for a packed lunch to take on dayboat trips. Other example is that the minute you think about something you need for the room a staff will be you. Or you want a kayak or or or....? And always delivered with a big smile on their faces. We also loved the beautiful views of course, the 'beach'(jetty type of landing with sand and access to deep water, not a real beach) that has been build with the lovely bar in front.
The 'secret garden' is also indeed a gem with the most beautiful flowers.
Not much to ask for to be better. Probably it is a matter of taste whether you like a hotel at that price tag to be more 'fancy', but I feel Nayara is unique by being laid back and easy going.
I think the hotel is less suitable for younger children with the jettys and the water villas. The swimming options in the sea/bay are deep water and takes probably quite an advanced level of swimmers. We loved the open water swims and got some beautiful days with quiet water. There is a beautiful pool also! Long enough for lap swimming.
