Pros:

Not satisfied.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and approachable.

Cons:

In the first room, we had a problem with the toilet as well as the water supply. In the second room ( we were transferred to another room ), the floor tiles were broken and lifted up. The air conditioner was not functioning well.

Disappointed but kind of satisfied because of the comfy bed
Pros:

The bed is comfy

Cons:

There were broken/cracks and missing amenities, room fixtures and equipment. I was disappointed because it didn’t match the pictures.

I woke up with cockroach on my face crawling. It is terrible. The bathroom is so bad, I ended up not taking a shower. Came late in the afternoon. Then decided to go out then came back in the evening. I didnt got the chance to check thoroughly. When I woke up the next day because of the cockroach crawling I saw how terrible the roon is. Even the towel is dissaster with stains. Oh my good.. Why this property is being sold under your company. I have videos and more picture to show you how terrible the room is.
