Pros:

Sehr einfaches Hotel, Zimmer ohne Fenster, Personal aber sehr freundlich.
Preis-Leistung ist ok.....

Pros:

It was ok as I expected for the value of money we paid. Good location.

Cons:

The room we were assigned was too far. Staying on the 3rd floor using the stairs made it so tiring and uncomfortable when I had to get water from the water dispenser located on the 2nd floor. There was no hot shower.

Il silenzio, e non è scontato avere un po’ di silenzio durante un viaggio nelle città di questo bellissimo paese.

Cons:

Una riverniciata alle pareti e una pulizia maggiore nel bagno magari aiuterebbero ad avere qualche punto in più.

The staffs were friendly and offered suggestions and were polite when we went for the breakfast inclusion for our stay.

Very much disappointed.
Pros:

very dirty, the door was broken. i have to call assistance every time opening/closing.
the bathroom was very dirty. Now I understand why pictures shown did not include the washroom. The shower was broken. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money definitely.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like how they treat me and my kids. Im absolutely happy and content.

Cons:

Our first night was totally oke. Untiill the next morning. I was shocked to see the towels? All 2 towels has a stain? At first i thought it was just from rust? But when i saw the piece of food or something that was still attached in the towel. Looks like fruit? And it was really dirty towels coz i saw a blacked spot ( like it was used to wipe something dirty) with the same towel? I dont know. So, i checked also the pillow case and our cover, only with the 2 pillow case has black spot too? So i decide to talk with one of tge staff, i mention to her that i want to cancel the rest of my booking paid days? But she seems worry? She said she gonna help me make it up? And she explain about i will loose some days? That i paid already? But it was fine with me? I noticed that the staff seems worry of something else? So i've decided to listen to her advice to give another try. She suggested that our room must be clean everyday? So i said, yes thats oke? But our garbage bin was not empty for few days? There was even insect on our bed but i killed it. The next morning same insect i saw on the floor? And took video. I didnt complain about the trash and the insects. Instead, we slept often at my mom's house. Im not a difficult person. I also work parttime as a chambermaid. Vut we always separate all that stained/ ruin etc... for the rest im ok. Thank you and have a good day further.

Please fix your bathrooms, doors, and other unpleasant to the eyes.
Pros:

The location is nice, near such vicinities as malls, cafes, and other food places.

Cons:

The rooms are not that clean, our problem was the bathroom, its so dirty and unpleasant. The drainage of the sink wasnt properly connected so the water leaked and it caused some leakage to the floor. The door of the bathroom doesnt have a doorknob, the sink has many visible rust. The television doesnt have a remote. The staff didnt provide us with the room key, they just said that the room is unlocked when we checked in.
