Pros:

The penthouse was perfect for our party of 6. The hotel staff was friendly & accommodating. Location made for easy access downtown. Would definitely book again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms needed to have a little more attention to them. The TV in our room didn't work and the hair dryer was broken. They did give us another hair dryer but the TV never got fixed.
