Cons:

No quarto que eu fiquei tinha uma porta ao lado, e devido a ela eu ouvia exatamente tudo que o casal ao lado fazia. Eles estavam fazendo barulho de madrugada eu acordei (e olha que meu sono é bem pesado), de manhã eu ouvia o despertador deles, e até quando queria estudar eu os ouvia conversando. Pelo preço esperava mais e me senti incomodada a maioria do tempo.

Funcionários não mto prestativos.
Um deles conversando com o outro sobre opção sexual e como se sentia frustrado sendo homem, logo no momento que estava fazendo check in, sem nenhum respeito/pudor ao hóspede.
Solicitei uma certa agilidade aos funcionários do restaurante pq tinha que sair logo, porém disseram que teria que esperar o horário de abertura sem nenhuma gentileza na fala
