O vaso sanitário solto. Ar condicionado com filtro sujo e sem regulagem de temperatura. Cheiro desagradável do banheiro devido ao ralo e a falta de rejunte no sanitário. Pet pequeno paga 40 reais!

Pros:

Estacionamento fechado!

Cons:

Quarto com mofo, banheiro mofado e encardido, cheiros ruins oriundos do mofo, janela sem cortinas no piso térreo, comodidade abaixo da expectativa. Sem contar que choveu e entrou água pela janela do quarto.

Quarto bem climatizado, cama confortável. O lugar também é bem silencioso dando para relaxar e descansar. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Cons:

O chuveiro do banheiro poderia ser melhor. Estava saindo pouca água. Ter mais tomadas no quarto, principalmente na cabeceira da cama para carregar celular.
