Ci sono tante cose che sono andate storte
- Al mio arrivo in hotel alle 14 ho trovato capelli di altri ospiti sulle lenzuola e sugli asciugamani. Mando le foto al numero di riferimento e mi dicono che mandano qualcuno quanto prima... Alle 20 non era ancora venuto nessuno. Allora il proprietario risponde che i dipendenti gli avevano detto di essere già passati... Sarà stata una scusa? Alla fine, sono venuti due uomini alle 20.30.
Se non avessi di nuovo sollecitato avrei dovuto dormire nei capelli di qualcun'altro??!!!
- Inoltre, il termosifone era acceso, seppur a bassa temperatura, e la manopola era rotta e quindi non poteva essere spento. Inoltre, era pieno di polvere (foto). Comunque, La mattina seguente il termosifone è stato sistemato.
- il bolletore conteneva già dell'acqua ed era inutilizzabile (vedi foto)
- le finestre non si potevano chiudere del tutto, facendo entrare i rumori della strada nonostante fossi al sesto piano.
- l'ascensore arriva solo fino al quinto piano e per due giorni del mio soggiorno era fuori uso.
- Ho alloggiato all'hotel era 6 notti e non ho mai visto nessuno del personale.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It is extremely old and bears no resemblance to the photos or description. The beds were very uncomfortable and outdated. The bathroom had no hot water, and there was no proper shampoo—just a very low-quality one. The towels smelled, and the bed linens also had an unpleasant odor. The room was very small, and everything felt outdated—especially the tiny, old TV. The service was nonexistent; there was no one at reception at any time of day. Additionally, the elevator was so old that we almost got stuck in it. There was also no lighting in the hallways. Overall, it was a completely negative experience, and I do not recommend it at all.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Gegend und ist gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass im Zimmer ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung standen. Der Check-in ist ab 14 Uhr möglich, Check-out bis 11 Uhr – das ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Nachteile: Auf Nachrichten über Booking wurde nicht geantwortet, was etwas enttäuschend war. Außerdem hat der Aufzug während meines Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert, was ziemlich unpraktisch war.
