Für unseren Zweck, nämlich nur Übernachtung von 0 Ihr bis 20 Uhr ausreichend,
Pros:

Zentrale und ruhige Lage, gute Betten, sauber, allerdings verwohnt.

Cons:

Wirklich sehr verwohnt. Sollte modernisiert werden. Aber insgesamt war der Preis unschlagbar günstig, gerade deswegen.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, cama, almohada y ducha bien. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro y supermercados. Tiene ascensor.

Cons:

No hay calefacción, pasamos frío a finales de octubre. Sólo tiene 5 plazas de parking.

Das Hotel lag sehr günstig zu meinem Veranstaltungsort, gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, lebendiger Stadtteil.

Cons:

Für mich ist es befremdlich, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, aber über Telefon ließ sich alles klären. Und, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.

Liegt nahe an den Ort wo ich am nächsten Tag muss

Cons:

Es war per se ok. Schimmel im Bad und das Wasser im Wasserkocher war schon grenzwertig. Zudem war es kalt.

הסבר מובן כיצד להיכנס לדירה

Cons:

שאין מקרר. אבל אח''כ ראינו שזה רשום.
ושהזמנתי בטעות 2 דירות במקום אחת . ולא היתה התייחסות לבקשתי לבדוק האם יש מה לעשות מבחינת התשלום. גם תשובה שלילית היא סוג של התייחסות , חוסר תגובה מעליב.

Cons:

Оплатили 3-местный номер, но по прибытии получили 2-местный (просто принесли дополнительную кровать). Обещали переселить на следующий день, однако никто так и не связался, другой номер не предоставили и никакой компенсации не предложили.

Связаться с персоналом — отдельный квест: перезванивают исключительно когда им удобно, на сообщения через Booking не отвечают вовсе. Вдобавок ко всему, целые сутки не было горячей воды. Судя по остальным комментариям, для этого отеля подобное — нормально и обычное дело.

Geeignet beim guten Preis für einen Aufenthalt von einer oder höchstens zwei Nächten

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage. Ich hatte jedoch keine Informationen darüber gefunden, dass an der Rezeption überhaupt kein Personal anwesend war, und hatte Schwierigkeiten, den Safe zu öffnen, um die Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Zum Glück hat mir einer der vorbeikommenden Gäste geholfen. Ich habe das Zimmer am Tag vor meiner Anreise zu einem Last-Minute-Preis gebucht, und das hat alle meine Einwände hinsichtlich der Qualität der Unterkunft ausgeräumt.

Cons:

Ein sehr schmutziger Teppichboden und eine sehr weiche Matratze. Außerdem gab es morgens unter der Dusche kein warmes Wasser. Der Wasserkocher war nicht gespült worden, und darin befand sich noch Wasser der vorherigen Gäste.

The worst apartment I have ever rented.

First of all, it was very dirty—not cleaned at all. Secondly, there was no hot water; in my opinion, that is simply disgraceful for a hotel.

Thirdly, the bed linen, mattresses, and pillows were all covered in large stains; honestly, it was disgusting even to sleep there.

Even the Wi-Fi, which was included in the price, didn't work at all.

All in all, I don't recommend the hotel; €114 a night is absolutely not worth it.

Also, there are only five parking spaces on the hotel premises; if you are driving, the chances of finding a spot are very slim.
