I travel a lot and stay in many hotels in phil. This was my worst experience. philippines.
Pros:

Nothing. It is disgusting.

Cons:

Mattress was red plastic. One thin sheet covering it had many holes in it. Immediately prior to my entering the room, an employee had defecated in the toilet and the whole room smelled. no window in bathroom. It seems the room was being used by some employees. Hard foam pillows. Furnishings, what there were, we’re old and dirty. Security, if any, questionable. Door can be accessed by public. Other staff and some children live in same room as entry desk. Actually, after seeing the room, i could not stay there. I walked out forfeited my money.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Spacious rooms. Beds are thick and can be hard on the back.
Pros:

I like the location. Staffs are okay. Breakfast was fine and generic to all. We stayed in a wide room.

Cons:

I didn't like the shower, the sprikler goes everywhere.

A Good Hotel for Short Stays in General Santos
Pros:

The room was sufficiently large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and looked new. The hotel is not large with only not many rooms available. There was no elevator to get to the second floor for those who are assigned rooms on the second floor. Breakfast was sent to each room at around 7 a.m. Breakfast consisted of a plate of rice with fried egg and tuna flakes in tomato sauce (as per my request as I did not want the ham). Gen San is after all the tuna capital of the Philippines. Coffee came in a 3-in-1 packet.

Cons:

The hotel has no lobby for guests to lounge around nor large space outside the building. The shower head should be replaced as it had many blocked holes and had no alternate settings.
