Great place, great people, and a stay full of genuine hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Lost Paradise in Gili Trawangan. The hotel has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, but what really makes it special is the people behind it.

The team delivers hospitality that feels truly personal and genuine. During my stay I needed to rush to the port to pick up a package arriving by boat, and without hesitation Darsen kindly lent me his bicycle so I could get there quickly. A simple gesture that perfectly reflects the thoughtful approach of the whole team.

Thank you to Darson, Rion and Abdi for their warmth and care throughout my stay — the service always felt authentic and heartfelt.

Another highlight was the evening at General Lee’s little hut-bar: cocktails, reggae music and a great vibe, hosted by the excellent KnowMe.

A place where the team truly cares about creating memorable experiences for their guests.

It was ok. But I would not come back here.
Pros:

The property was ok. The outdoor shower very nice.

Cons:

The prosperity was not very clean. Towels, the room etc. a lot of mosquitos and insects. Not a nice smell.

У отеля есть свой характер. Это действительно уголок спокойствия и гармонии в центре джунглей. Соотношение цена качество отличное. Отель красиво оформлен, в нем приятно и уютно находиться. Постоянно горят живые свечи. Очень приветливый персонал. Нормальный номер с красивым туалетом и душем на улице. Воспитанные и тихие коты) вкусный завтрак. Уехали на следующий день в отель классом выше и были разочарованы что не остались в этом.

Cons:

Декоративное покрывало на кровати и подушки я бы поменяла на другие.

Het is niet voor niks dat het een paradijs genoemd wordt! Gastvrijheid was echt top, het maakte niet uit wat er geregeld moest worden en het personeel stond voor me klaar! Ontzettend mooie locatie. Prachtig zwembad, in de kamer een mooie buitendouche. Bedankt voor deze ervaring!

Pros:

This place is a lush little jungle hideaway. A bit away from the rest of Gili T but they will hire you bikes and you can get anywhere easily. If you want to chill and relax then this is the place for you. The staff are great especially the manager. He helped us sort our boat off the island. Fully recommend!

Tutto è stato perfetto: la posizione a pochi passi dal mare, la struttura curatissima nei dettagli, l’atmosfera rilassata e il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile.
Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e immerse nel verde, con quella giusta combinazione tra comfort e stile tropicale.
Un posto ideale per rilassarsi e dimenticare il mondo.
Ci tornerei domani, senza pensarci due volte

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Accoglienza top, tutto lo staff molto gentile e disponibile e per qualsiasi esigenza ci hanno aiutato. La struttura ha una posizione tranquilla, lontana dal caos ma tutto è raggiungibile in poco tempo. La colazione buona e la piscina sempre pulita.

Cons:

Bisogna mettere in conto che la struttura è immersa nella natura quindi ci sono molti insetti e animaletti.
