I’d recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, pool was great and breakfast was a really nice touch. The staff were very kind.

The hotel was very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Andri, who was exceptionally kind and even helped bring me to the harbor. The streets were very muddy, and it would have been quite difficult for me to get there with all my luggage otherwise. I really appreciated this kindness.
The only small difficulty was finding the entrance via Google Maps, as the location shown there does not exactly match the actual entrance. It is located very close to Urbanview My Home One Gili Trawangan, which might make it easier to find. Apart from that, everything was great and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!
Such a great stay at Cocotoa Hotel! The whole team was welcoming, Andri and Emma were especially kind and attentive throughout my time there. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
The complimentary water was a total lifesaver, and the amenities were fantastic — convenient bike rentals for exploring and a lovely breakfast each morning. Location was nice and quiet, away from party antics near the shore!
Comfortable, friendly, and thoughtful in all the little details. I’d happily stay here again!

Room was big, bed was so much comfortable! Breakfast was ok (not so many but tasty and enough). Pool was perfect and so beautiful!
The location is not the best one. Even though it's kind of close looking into the map, there is nothing in the way from hotel to main street, so it's a little bad walking this everytime, considering there are other places near the beach. But this is not a thing to disconsider the place, just a small downsize.
