Nice stay. fantastic location and overall really good. Wuld definitely use again.
Pros:

Reception staff fantastic. Really knowledgeable and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, cereals had run out and were not restocked. Only give a small coffee between 2 people, did not hold enough for 2 cups. Had to remind waiter that we had also asked for a tea 3 time.

Very pleasant Stay
Pros:

A very warm welcome at the reception when I arrived, lovely and clean throughout the Hotel

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really, bar prices were a little higher than expected.
Room was pretty basic, which was fine for me.

A great position opposite the pier, a comfortable room and speedy service for breakfast and dinner.
Pros:

A strong fan for our room in the face of extreme temperatures really helped us recover from hiking the Norfolk coast path each day. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (I had lots of logistical questions).

Exceptional staff made it a nice stay.
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel for the first time with my elderly dad. Have to say the hotel is very good. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms and bathroom excellent. We could not fault them. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me and dad. Apart from a few issues at the start regarding food as mentioned below, we had a lovely week staying with the New Beach Hotel. Thank you.

Cons:

There was a few hiccups on the first few days, mainly to do with the breakfast and the optional dinner we paid for, where a number of other guests we noticed made a complaint. We were told that they were in process of getting a new head chef. We opted to eat dinners out after this but the breakfasts were fine for the rest of our week stay.

Perfect for a last minute night away. Great location opposite the pier. Decor a little dated but didn’t affect our stay.

It's a lovely place to stay the staff are friendly and always welcome me the room was very clean
