The stay was very pleasant
Pros:

The location is very good, only 100 yards from the sea front and just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The building is very well maintained and the guests are very quiet. If you're coming to Great Yarmouth for a holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

I don’t prefer this hotel because they treat customers like a a**hole they didn’t have good customer service and in their room I saw some pet hair I told them with phone but they didn’t respond i was very disappointed I went with two children they were struggle to stay their and also in their sink have water leaking I told about it but they didn’t respond it there is not safety lock their so please don’t book your room with them totally they are bloody fu**ing idiots

Pros:

Very near to all amusements, cheap and comfy.

Cons:

No sink in bathroom so had to use sink in kitchen area. Old and dated, not very clean and wouldnt have wanted to use facilities to cook. But good value as just needed bed to sleep in.

Hotel needs to have an option for each room to turn on its own heating
Pros:

Good wifi and lots of free parking in the area.

A pretty room and a lovely thick duvet.

Cons:

There was no heating in the room and it was a cold day/evening (there had been hailstones and lorries were out gritting).

Also it would have been helpful to have been sent the door codes before I arrived rather than having to wait for the owner to send them. (She sent an incorrect one first.)

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing i was told they had no spare rooms even though it was advertised that they did

Cons:

When i was checking is said 24 hour check in and 1 spare room available when i get there the code didn’t work and on the ring doorbell the owner said there’s no rooms available even though i paid
