Blij dat we het kennen, maar we denken niet dat we terug gaan komen...
Pros:

Mooi zicht, prachtige golf, inrichting appartement, gratis shuttle, dicht bij Ritz-Carlton.

Cons:

Lawaai bouwwerken, lage kwaliteit restaurants voor lunch & Diner, onderbemanning staff, lage privacy terrassen van kamers, na klacht sympathieke goodwill ...

This will be a lovely GOLF Resort when it’s finished!!
Pros:

Good restaurants, excellent service from attentive, considerate staff.

Cons:

It’s a golf resort undergoing construction. The facilities are spread out you need to use transport to get around, this should be made clear. The construction work was directly in front of our villa, two cranes and a constant flow of construction traffic from sunrise to sunset every day but Sunday. The noise disturbance could be heard in the villa with doors shut, it woke us up every morning. The reception staff did attempt to compensate us with gifts and we did receive a one night refund on our account, however it didn’t change our experience, it ruined our holiday.

Great peaceful family holiday
Pros:

A wonderful week in Los Jardines de Abama! Such a tranquil and comfortable resort with heated pools and great breakfasts. The apartments are beautiful and really spacious with fantastic views. All the staff here were amazing - at the reception, the cleaning and maintenance crews, and the lifeguards... Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to the Tágara restaurant staff (Marjorie, Vero, Cintia, & Mary) who really went out of their way to be kind and attentive to our toddler.

Cons:

There were a few things in the room that were a bit outdated/not working well (kitchen cupboard door broken, TV remotes very old), but this didn't impact our stay at all. I also think if we had reported it, the staff would have taken care of things immediately.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr stylishen Anlage auf einem Berg gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, diverse Gerichte wurden auf Bestellung serviert, das Personal war sehr freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Der Ausblick beim Frühstück über den Pool und die Anlage bis zum Meer war traumhaft.

Gerne wieder, wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind.
Pros:

Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und wer eine Lage abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Suiten sind für südliche Länder bemerkenswert gut schallisoliert. Im Shop auf dem Hotelgelände gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und Getränken zu fairen Preisen.

Cons:

Momentan ist der Baustellenlärm noch störend und das Fitnessstudio im Las Terrazas de Abama Suites ist nicht ausreichend für die Anzahl Gäste. Für das Los Jardines de Abama Suites und Villas ist aber glücklicherweise ein neues Fitnessstudio im Bau, was dieses Problem lösen wird. Wir hatten leider in der zweiten Urlaubshälfte kein Glück mit dem Wetter und es war kalt in der Suite, trotz der höchsten Einstellung an der Klima-/Heizungsanlage. Auf der Terrasse der Suiten gibt es keine Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen und auch keine Sonnenschirme.

Amazing accommodation, loads of space and very high end. All the restaurants were amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
All the staff working there were so warm and welcoming, the drivers, the reception staff, the people working in restaurants, all amazing!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und La Gomera in einem sehr schicken Apartment!
Pros:

Moderne, stilvoll ausgestattete Unterkünfte mit großen Panoramafenstern mit Blick aufs Meer und La Gomera (was wirklich besonders schön ist).
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren alle extrem bemüht, Probleme sofort zu lösen, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Der Mini-Supermarkt hat sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft und ordentliches Obst und Gemüse sowie viele andere wichtige Sachen für Selbstversorger.

Cons:

Wir mussten anfangs einmal umziehen, da wir eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss hatten, die relativ dunkel war, da das Wetter nicht so sonnig war. Auch der Meerblick war durch den Bungalow vor uns etwas verstellt. Wir haben das beanstandet und konnten einen Tag später umziehen.
Die Heizung sprang nicht an und es war einige Tage abends und nachts sehr kalt, die Reparatur hat sich leider hinausgezögert, bis wir einen jungen, engagierten Techniker bekamen, der das Problem gelöst hat.

Pros:

Todo es maravilloso, la localización aunque ya la conocíamos, las habitaciones y las instalaciones. Pero localización mejor es su personal, desde la recepción hasta el personal del restaurante Tágara, en especial Verónica. Le encanta su trabajo, es encantadora, se preocupa de cada detalle y de que te sientas como en casa. Así es una maravilla hospedarse aquí y hace que quieras volver pronto.

Paz y tranquilidad
Pros:

Las vistas, la comodidad de la casa, que hubiera un pequeño supermercado, que hubiera diferentes restaurantes, la paz y tranquilidad del lugar. Lamentablemente nos hizo mal tiempo y no pudimos disfrutar de las piscinas, pero todas tenían muy buenas vistas y estaban muy cuidadas.

Cons:

Pequeños detalles de confort en la casa: perchero para colgar las prendas al llegar al apartamento, que el armario tuviera para colgar vestidos y prendas largas sin doblarlos, la verja de la terraza si fuera de cristal las vistas serían increíbles. Lo que sí es necesario es un gimnasio en condiciones en Jardines de Abama. Bajábamos al gimnasio de Terrazas de Abama pero las máquinas y pesos que había eran muy limitados.

Beautiful suites with amazing ocean views.
Pros:

Spacious apartments furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The setting in the hillside affords great sea views. The resort is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The pools are heated and so are usable even when the temperatures are moderate. The staff are warmly welcoming and make every effort to make your stay comfortable.

Cons:

Very little! There was some construction work ongoing during our stay further up the hill but there was no intrusive noise and the contractors were very considerate.

Pros:

Spitzen Hotelanlage, eingebettet in malerische Grünanlagen, mit fantastischen Ausblicken über die Anlage, den Atlantik bis nach La Gomera. Die Zimmer, die Pools, die Restaurant waren alle top. Besondere Erwähnung verdient das Servicepersonal das nicht nur super professionell sondern dabei auch sehr sehr freundlich und herzlich war. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt aktuell eine Baustelle auf der Anlage, die wir natürlich wahrgenommen haben. Allerdings haben wir sie nicht als störend empfunden, da unsere Unterkunft unterhalb der Bauarbeiten lag.
