Ansprechender Baustil der gesamten Anlage, die terrassenförmig angelegt ist und durch den sich über das Gelände durchziehenden Golfplatz sehr viel Natur ausweist. Unsere gebuchte Villa Tennis hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Atlantik und war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Zeitweiser Baulärm, da die Anlage noch weiter erweitert wird. Darauf weist das Hotel aber auch vor einer Buchung den Kunden hin.

Two bedroom apartment was spacious and modern, the outdoor pool and view were nice.
Vincent tried to remedy some of our concerns with a complimentary breakfast and spa access, which we appreciated.
Check in took an hour - we waited 40 minutes as the guests who were being checked in took a long time and then someone pushed in front of us in the queue. The lady who checked us in didn’t offer us a welcome drink (we had just seen the prior guests who were checked in have a glass of cava) and gave us almost exclusively unhelpful information - nothing about how to find our room, the time for breakfast, check out time etc. The most appalling check in I have experienced.
The buggy service seemed to be non existent. I what’s apped the number provided and emailed the contact email provided and didn’t receive a response from either. We didn’t mind walking around but it would’ve been helpful to use this service for example to avoid the 2km uphill walk from the Abama beach back to the hotel.
Bed sheets were dirty on the first night and had to request to have them changed.
Spa facilities (which we used on a complimentary basis having raised concerns about our check in) were not clean - crumbs next to the stone loungers.
Building works started at 7.30am on Monday morning and woke us up. We were not warned this would be happening.
No directions anywhere on the resort.
Housekeeping didn’t turn up on our second day.

We need to make a complain to the whole service during the stay at this hotel. We stayed here for three days, and for the two of days the room card is not working. The first day the staff said it’s the technical issue so that we can only enter into the room through the staff member. The second day the room card is not working as well, it’s late and we are exhausted, we can’t enter into our room. We don’t have the transfer number as well. Because every time we need to climb the hill to the reception and down the hill to our room. My brother’s feet were hurt. We are so depressed and angry. Then, the staff said they would offer us the free lunch at Atlantic restaurant for compensation, however the receptionist Mila, required us to pay for 34 euros (we think it’s the desserts but the new restaurant staff didn’t no this is compensation), which should not paid by us but by the hotel for compensation. But mila insisted to us pay for the money, and of course with shity attitude. I don’t know if this is racism in reality🙂🙂

The location was fantastic slightly away from the more turistic area of the island. Great apartment and facilities, with a very supportive staff (especially Vincenzo!). The ideal place to enjoy a family holiday with a private and welcoming space with hotel services (complementary transfers across the resort and to the beach, home cleaning every day, restaurants)

Très décevant au regard du prix – ne vaut absolument pas 1.500€/nuit
Nous avons payé environ 1.500€ par nuit (période Nouvel An) et à ce niveau de tarif, l’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus. On a clairement le sentiment de payer 300% du prix pour la saison, sans prestation équivalente.
Le resort est certes très propre, joli et bien entretenu, mais ce n’est pas un vrai 5 étoiles, et surtout ça ne vaut pas ce prix.
Si l’on vient en basse saison à un tarif correct (ex. 3.000€/semaine pour une famille), cela peut être très agréable. Mais à près de 9.000€ pour deux, c’est tout simplement injustifiable et donne un sentiment d’arnaque.
Le personnel à la réception est lui inacceptable aussi.
Le petit-déjeuner est inacceptable pour ce type d’établissement : organisation chaotique, choix limité, qualité irrégulière, et globalement pas du tout au niveau du standing annoncé.
En résumé : très beau resort, mais hôtel surévalué et rapport qualité/prix catastrophique.
