I reached the hotel at 3.50 pm, but the room was not ready to be occupied. I got the room key at 4.30pm. Even though i book online (Booking.com) still need wait for 40 minutes. This very disappointed and tv does not work.

It’s very smelly room , can’t even sleep properly. The bedsheets all dirty . Got foul smell . Rooms are expensive.
