Pros:

Responsable désagréable. Qui ne savait pas que j’avais déjà était débité quand j’ai réservé et qui a essayé de me refaire payer à mon arrivée. Il a fallu que je lui prouve avec mon relevé de compte via l’application de mon téléphone. Que mon séjour était déjà payé. Et une fois prouvé il ne c’est jamais excusé de sa mauvaise fois.

Our bedroom was not clean. We've found an old pizza box under the bed(with some rest in it)
A sheet was missing and there were no soap or anything that you usually find in a hotel room. We were really Despointed as for this price we were expecting much better

Nous avons essayé d'appeler le service client pendant plus de 30mn sans réponse, idem en courriel, sans réponse de leur part.A qui l'a faute, en tout cas, c'est nous client qui avons s été ennuyé.
