Too widespread, more corporate. Not for us.
Pros:

It was clean and had air conditioning during the heatwave. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

It is not the hotel you see in the picture. It is spread out in blocks and we couldn’t find our block for a long time driving around. The Malvern is not signposted until you are there.
The set up is more for corporate events and business people rather than a few days away. That said we did only stay one night and glad it wasn’t any longer.

Great stay and would recommend
Pros:

Location was great, the breakfast was awesome and we also ate in the evening which was good although the menu in the restaurant was limited so we ate in the bar.
This is a training facility and so there are lots of groups of people and so the noise can be off putting if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
Our accommodation was in a "block" where course attendees also stay so to avoid any late night noise we chose to stay in a room located in the main building which was great, albeit a little on the warm side. The staff were awesome about the room change.

Cons:

It was really warm in our room despite the heating being off - a fan was provided but this simply blew warm air around the room, and it was a noisy fan, even on a low setting. I would imagine that a/c isn't fitted due to it perhaps have a "listing" status but a quieter fan would have been preferred in this instance - would probably be grateful for teh heat in the winter though!

Overall a good stay and would stay again water pressure needs to improve.
Pros:

Location is really good to get away from town centre.
Breakfast was a 9 out of 10
I would stay again if the price I paid this time was on offer next time.
I would like to see how good the evening meals are

Cons:

Water pressure of the shower was a 5 out of 10 and disappointing shower head to small had to use it like a hose pipe to wet / rinse myself.

A good location
Pros:

Good location for what we wanted to do. Clean bedrooms and functional rather than luxurious. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Only thing really was the double bed felt like a small double. We have a double bed at home and it felt narrower. Anyone that is used to a king or queen will feel it is very small.
