TV would not work - i.e. signal was very poor - could not be bothered to ask for fix as it was only for 1 night.
Shower was hot one second, then then cold another ...
Loved my stay at Ashorne Hill, lovely staff, very welcoming, food was excellent, room very clean, modern and of a high standard. Would definatley recommend. The Manor house looks amazing.
Felt like I was back in student accommodation but with a bigger bed.

The picturesque setting, magnificent main building and brilliant overall service and facilities.
Wish we could have stayed longer
The location was amazing and the old house looks lovely. It was nice to wake up to countyside sounds rather than traffic.
I was in the old part of the Malvern block which has seen better days, planned to stay two nights but got a refund and left after one. Pictures are deceiving and room needed serious attention. Paint peeling on window frame, cracked plaster on walls and a very tiny bathroom that you had to navigate the toilet to close the door with an old style corner shower. Definately not the pictures advertised.
Breakfast was luke warm, would suggest a plate warmer which may help food not being cold by the time you get back to the table
nice location and good value for money
I cannot always get a room becuase its typically booked up
Comfortable Bed
We were not advised in advance that there would be no bar or food availble due to a function. We drove for 3.5hrs and arrived in the evening looking forward to dinner. The reception staff were not very engaging. There was no heating in the bathroom ancd it was freezing. Below standard breakfast.
Everything about Ashorne Hill was fantastic. It served our purpose well
Everything was fine, couldn't fault
