Room 22 was too hot! Couldn’t sleep even with window open on a cool evening with fan provided at full power. The hard pillows didn’t help. We found out the next morning that the room is next to the boiler and is the hottest room in the hotel. Disappointed we were given this room when others were available on the night we stayed. Breakfast coffee was the worst we’ve ever had but the fresh fruit salad was very good.

The staff were friendly and the general feel of the hotel was casual but efficient. Breakfast was good with plenty of option on offer.
Lovely hotel in excellent central location - onsite parking (paid) was a bonus. Our room was very spacious + comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, and we also made good use of the comfortable bar (with a large TV to watch the World Cup Final!)
Washbasin in the en-suite bathroom was very small and therefore not practical.
A 3-star hotel with a great atmosphere. A comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. A surprisingly good breakfast, cooked to order, with fresh fruit on offer, served by friendly and efficient staff.
Unfortunately, the unstable Wi-Fi, which kept dropping out, was a minor nuisance. It’s worth sorting this out, as these days it should be as reliable as running water – faultless.

Room to small, bed to small, room to warm with desk fan only, no side table one side of the bed, had to use suitcase for table whist having tea and £12 to park on site even though your a resident. Wouldn't return/use again.
Staff were all friendly and very helpful, location was excellent for what we needed. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc nearby. Room was ideal lovely comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food to choose from.
The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The quality of food was exceptional and very generous. We would definitely stay again.
