Nice hotel. Breakfast is second to none. Best in class.
I like this hotel, but a parking charge of £12/night is a bit high.
Great location easily walkable from train station. Very friendly and helpful lady provided great check-in experience. Parking is paid but convenient and helpful as space is at a premium locally. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Breakfast only - no restaurant on site so mention of award winning restaurant in description is misleading but there are plenty of good local options
Room was very hot on arrival and one couldn't switch the bathroom radiator off, but shutting bathroom door and opening windows assisted. A choice of softer pillows would be appreciated. No fresh coffee & breakfast staff were not very interested in our struggles with the coffee machine..
Breakfast was lovely and great selection of food and cooked breakfast was excellent. Location excellent too and parking great bonus to have too

Nothing. Honestly, everything was just plain very good.
Great hotel in a lovely position just a walk from the park and town, nice to be 5 mins out of town for a quieter time. Executive room was amazing, the bed was soooo comfy.
Breakfast was super tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful with lots of choice.
One tiny suggestion would be to put a small table in the bathroom under the mirror (room 2)
