Cons:

Den Lärm von der Lüftung vom Hotel neben an, mann konnte nicht mal das Fenster öffnen in der Nacht weil es so laut war. Die Armbänder für die Hotelgäste, die haben scharfe Kanten, es wäre angenehmer wenn diese aus Stoff sind.

Poca elasticità e disponibilità da parte della reception.
L’Hotel si trova sul mare ed è dunque evidente che dare la possibilità di alloggiare per una notte rende fondamentale poter usufruire di spiaggia e parcheggio per entrambe le giornate.
Alla richiesta di poter arrivare prima delle ore 14 fissate per il check in mi è stato risposto di no, così come di poter usufruire della spiaggia e del parcheggio prima di tale orario e dopo le ore 10:30 del giorno di check out - senza che mi venisse offerta alcuna alternativa (una spiaggia vicina o un parcheggio convenzionato) e senza neppure precisare (come fa qualsiasi struttura, anche un b&b) che avrei potuto quantomeno lasciare i bagagli. Sono dovuta arrivare all’Hotel dopo aver organizzato in via autonoma parcheggio e spiaggia per chiedere di poter lasciare i bagagli.
Per il prezzo di euro 304,00 per una notte, mi sarei aspettata un’accoglienza decisamente piu cordiale e parametrata alle 4 stelle della struttura.
Dispiace molto perchè questi disguidi hanno pesato sul soggiorno.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus hätten wir insgesamt deutlich mehr Service erwartet. Wir hatten als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht, konnten jedoch nicht einmal auf derselben Etage untergebracht werden, was wir sehr schade und unpraktisch fanden. Eines der Zimmer war zudem sehr laut, offenbar durch die Klimaanlage des Nachbarzimmers bzw. eine technische Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders enttäuschend finden wir außerdem, dass für die Liegen am Pool zusätzlich 20 € berechnet werden. Angesichts des ohnehin schon hohen Übernachtungspreises empfinden wir das als unverhältnismäßig teuer.

Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt (bis auf die WC Bürste!). Das Personal war total lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet gut.

Cons:

Wir mussten leider feststellen, dass die WC - Bürsten schon längst ausgetauscht hätten werden müssen. Wir bitten höflichst darum.
