Vergognosi a dir poco. Siamo stati 2 notti in questo incubo chiamato hotel. Più che un weekend di relax è stata una tortura. Arriviamo alle 8:30 chiedendo di depositare le valigie e veniamo insultati con parole che un’albergatrice non dovrebbe nemmeno permettersi di dire. Torniamo dal mare dopo una giornata di pioggia, acqua della doccia fredda. Chiediamo cortesemente di risolvere il problema e altri insulti da questa “signora” per così dire. Dopo 40 min di attesa chiama l’idraulico dicendo che non era mai successo ed eravamo noi il problema. Arriva l’idraulico e ci dice che è lì ogni giorno per l’acqua fredda. Gli insulti si sono protratti così a lungo (psicopatiche, rotte in culo, marce, fate schifo) che dopo le minacce della titolare e le lacrime di mia figlia sono stata costretta a chiamare i carabinieri. A detta sua lei è calabrese e vi fa quello che vuole.
Il mio consiglio è di fare chiudere questo posto prima che la gentil signora calabrese aggredisca tutti voi che avete messo una stella. ⭐️

Lenjeria ,prosoapele foarte curate ,curățenie in general.

Cons:

Parcarea a fost departe de hotel ,recepția sa purtat foarte rece ,mâncarea rece si aceiași in fiecare zi si trebuia sa aștepți sa fii servit. Pentru copii aceleași cereale nimic diversificat.

Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip gut
Pros:

Gute Lage, Parkplatz 5€ pro Tag, alles fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, sauber

Cons:

Frühstück „Buffet“ (man darf sich selbst nichts nehmen, es wird einem auf dem Teller gelegt), fanden wir ein bisschen unangenehm und man musste manchmal warten bis das Personal wieder da war

Günstig und ok.
Pros:

Positiv war die strand- und zentrumsnahe Lage. Das Hotel ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, wird soweit bemüht sauber gehalten. Betten waren bequem.
Das Personal war bemüht freundlich familiär. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, die Süßspeisen rochen lecker, jedoch KEINE allergenfreie Alternative möglich und keine Selbstbedienung.
Es gibt abends ein kleines Restaurantangebot, nutzten wir aber nicht, aus obigem Grund. Das Parken ab 3 Nächte war kostenfrei inkludiert, allerdings mit Parkkarte gute 500m entfernt beim Tropedarium und mit großem Auto recht eng zwischen den Pappelbäumen, so empfanden wir es. Kühlschranknutzung im Zimmer kostet extra. Ausschließlich italienische TV-Sender. Sehr enger veralteter Aufzug, nix für Platzangst. Pool wurde zwar gereinigt, wirkte aber am Boden nicht sauber. Kaputte Liege. Die Kinder fandens ok.
