Cons:

Sau khi tôi đặt phòng trên booking, đã có mail xác nhận từ booking. Tôi điện thoại cho khách sạn để đến nhận phòng. Nhưng khách sạn trả lời đã hết phòng ( do cao điểm ngày đầu kỳ nghỉ lễ 2/9). Sau đó tôi đã phản hồi mail đến booking. Có lẽ booking liên hệ với ksan nên sau đó họ gọi lại bảo còn phòng nhưng lúc đó tôi đã đặt phòng nơi khác. Khách sạn này thật tệ, không tuân thủ quy định bán phòng của booking. Có lẽ họ muốn giữ phòng để bán giá cao hơn.
