החדר היה מרווח ומואר, מזרן נוח מאוד. המרפסת פנתה לנוף וזה היה כיף.
אהבנו את הבריכה והשירות בבר.
צוות המלון היה נחמד.
המים במקלחת היו רק חמימים- לא משנה באיזה שעה התקלחנו לא היו מים חמים וזה היה מבאס.
כדאי להחליף את המגבות, הם כבר בלויות משימוש.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה.
The property is great, rooms are huge and confortable. The A/C works well. The staff is very nice. You will be able to see monkeys very early in the morning (5:30 am) and we got woken up by the sound of howler monkeys once! This was the experience we were looking for!
The shower water temperature goes from hot to cold on its own every 30secondes. The metal stairs resonate in the rooms when people walk on it so bring earplugs.
Breakfast is not amazing or diverse.

Beautifull nature surrounding the hotel. Friendly stuff, nice appartments, close to the beach.
Great location, comfortable and we had sloths and monkeys right outside
The view from the balcony is relaxing. It is a very green jungle and you can spot animals too. We saw squirrel monkeys every late afternoon.
The pool is really nice and relaxing. Location is really great with lost of restaurant and bars nearby. Biesanz beach is also near. You just need to walk up and down the road to reach them.
The staff are very friendly. The room is big and clean.

We ended up checking out of this hotel early as we were unable to get any sleep.
The hotel is situated on a road that is busier than expected, which isn’t an issue necessarily but the windows that lead onto the road have no soundproofing, so we kept getting woken up. A lot of light coming in from the large window by the entrance too, which was next to street lights so the room was never truly dark.
The bathroom smelled like sewers, and the curtains on the main windows looked dirty and mouldy.
The photos provided in the listing look much better than what you actually get.
Trying to get a response from the hotel manager seems impossible, it has been 10 days so far since the staff gave us his contact and still not heard anything.

El edificio del hotel es muy bonito y el personal muy agradable. Destaca el cocinero, Jorge, que no sólo es muy bueno sino también extremadamente amable.
La información sobre la distancia a la playa no es real. Se afirma, literalmente, que está a 8 minutos a pie de la playa de Playa Biesanz. En realidad son mucho más. Según Google Maps, la distancia es de 1,3 Km y a pie se tarda 24 minutos. A esto hay que añadir que el camino es muy empinado y que el acceso a la playa no es sencillo, porque hay barro y piedras.
Cuando llegamos, la calle Mariposa, que da acceso al hotel, estaba en obras y sufría cortes muy frecuentes y largos. Por esa razón, era muy difícil acceder al hotel ni siquiera en coche. El hotel debería haber advertido de esta dificultad antes de nuestra llegada.
Nuestra reserva era de una suite con vistas al bosque. Así era, pero en uno de los pisos inferiores. Era muy oscura y, sobre todo, el olor a humedad era insufrible. Pedimos reiteradamente que solucionaran el problema con un humidificador, pero sólo conseguimos buenas palabras. El aire acondicionado de la habitación solo funcionaba en el modo de frio, por lo que no fue posible optar por el modo de dry. También pedimos que lo arreglaran pero nadie hizo nada.
This was a great location for visiting Manuel Antonio, nice layout with lots of light, peaceful, has a restaurant on location with nice breakfast & coffee every morning, Mirla at reception was very friendly and helpful!

The a/c at the first room offered was not working properly and the room smell was unpleasant. We were moved to a different room and it was much better.
Rooms are close to the road; traffic starts around 7am and you’ll hear everything.
Breakfast was great, location ideal with proximity to the Beach, shops, and local eating places, abundance of Wildlife nearby (monkeys and a sloth in nearby trees), which was a treat, and woken by Howler monkeys every morning with smaller monkies coming onto the Hotel balconies, but again we were warned about this.
The Aircom was really good as well and kept the room nice & chilled to the heat & humidity we had to get used to outside
Downside was the cost for the Service charge was miscalculated so we had to get this sorted out, but the staff were very helpful and had this resolved by the end of our stay

The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, so clean, and the view into the jungle is beautiful!
The only problem was the water pressure seemed to be a little temperamental.
Lovely hotel, and customer service was really hospitable.
Vegetarian options during breakfast, however the kitchen staff were very accommodating to my needs :)
