Pros:

Great (though hilly) grounds. Great staff. Great room. Food was good. I liked the location, tucked back into a neighborhood within walking distance from Quepos.

Vi är i stort väldigt nöjda! Kaffet och frukosten 5/5, drinkarna 5/5.
Pros:

Otroligt vacker ställe och natur.
Vi såg coola insekter, ödlor, aror och 2 olika sorters apor.
Vi bodde nästan längst upp vilket gjorde att vi hade en otrolig utsikt.
Reser vi tillbaka till CR igen tänker jag absolut att vi ska besöka hotellet igen

Cons:

Vi bodde nästan längst upp med en bebis och vägen upp var svår.
Rekommenderar inte om du är en soffpotatis, har bebis att bära eller har svårt att röra dig av någon annan anledning.
Rummet var fint, men vägen upp var alltså tuff.

Fantastic stay and beautiful people
Pros:

Food at the restaurant was fantastic
Breakfast included definitely take advantage
Loved that it was away from the main streets but walkable

Cons:

When staying there just remember it’s on a hill. Lots of stairs… as long as you are prepared it’s ok

Mitten im Jungle .
Unser Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse direkt am Pool, mit Vorhängen Als sichtschutz. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Liegt leider etwas außerhalb von Quepos zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen da man viel Bergauf/ab geht. Zum Frühstück muss man Zeitfenster buchen, da es nur begrenzt Tische gibt.

Excellent staff, beautiful property and location, delicious breakfast!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and nice to all of our requests and questions. The pool was right at the same level as our place, so it made it great for the kids and my parents.

Cons:

The apartment is a bit small for a family of six, but we made it work! It would have been great to have coffee available in the apartment and fresh towels each day for the pool.

Letto comodo, suite Toucan spaziosa, buona doccia.
Area per fumatori.

Cons:

Struttura estremamente datata, necessita di pesanti lavori di ristrutturazione. Suite Toucan molto vecchia, mobili brutti, box doccia che casca a pezzi. Tutto molto kitsch.
Colazione misera e lentissima. Tantissime scale che con i bagagli diventano davvero faticose.

Zwembad was goed, uitzicht vanuit de kamer was fantastisch. Bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij boeken van tour naar Manuel Antonio park.

Cons:

De kamer ( nummer 12) was erg veel trappen omhoog lopen, dat viel tegen. Bovendien viel tijdens mijn verbijf van drie dagen de stroom op mn kamer elke nacht uit. Dat was zeer vervelend, geen licht, geen opladen telefoon en camera batterijen en dus ook geen FAN en AIRCO, terwijl het daar erg heet is. De manager zou het fixen maar elke nacht was het weer het zelfde probleem, er werden ook geen excuses gemaakt of de mogelijkheid gegeven voor een andere kamer. Dat was dus een minpunt.

El sitio muy bien ubicado y muy tranquilo, vimos un montón de animales, hasta un tucán y un perezoso cruzando la calle a la salida del hotel! La comida riquísima y el ambiente como el personal muy acogedor ! La habitación muy amplia y muy cómoda, todo fantástico!

The worst “hotel” I have ever stayed in, if it can even be called a hotel at all.

The moment you enter the room, you are hit by an incredibly strong smell of mold. Everything is moldy and blackened. The furniture looks like it’s from my great-grandmother’s time. Considering the prices, I honestly don’t understand how absolutely nothing has been invested in renovation. The bed creaks, the mattress is sunken and slanted, and the wardrobes are extremely old. The bathroom is completely covered in mold. The air conditioner rattles and makes loud popping noises that wake you up countless times during the night. There is absolutely no light — in the bedroom they have put up black curtains, and I honestly felt like I was in a moldy cave. That’s it about the room.

Out of the six nights we stayed, for three days in a row no one cleaned the room or replaced the towels. When my husband went to the reception to ask why no one had come to clean the room, the response was: “We have no idea why.” They didn’t even apologize.

The attitude toward guests is zero. There is absolutely no interest from the staff. Hearing that this is supposed to be a family hotel shocked me even more, because their complete lack of concern for their guests is unacceptable.

As for breakfast, you are forced to choose between tea/coffee or juice. Which, in my opinion, is extremely cheap, petty, and unwelcoming.
We couldn’t wait to leave this rotten place.
I cannot say a single good word about it. Just avoid this hotel if you want to have a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Pros:

Sehr schön gelegen im Regenwald, wir konnten viele Tiere direkt vor dem Zimmer beobachten. Personal sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Nur 500 Meter zum Hafen mit Restaurants, was auch mal ganz entspannt ist. Liegt ruhig und wir konnten von dort aus alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer Nest ist zu klein für zwei Erwachsene, wir konnten die Zimmer kostenlos tauschen. Frühstück war für uns genügend, aber für gute Esser am Morgen zu wenig.

Wir hatten ein Apartment über 2 Etagen. Unser Schlafzimmer war in Baumhöhe und die Affen und Tukane waren direkt an unserem Fenster

Der zweite Schlafraum war extrem klein, auch das Bett und zweite Bad war klein und niedrige Decke.
