Beautiful welcoming jungle stay
Pros:

The staff was incredible. The rooms were large. Good amentities. Close and equidistant to Manuel Antonio and quepos, so many birds. Great hike to beautiful secluded beach.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel a lot), not worth the money!
I paid for 3 nights, and the room was musty and smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep.
In the middle of the night, I had to book another hotel and pay double!
Im addition, the bed was very high, hard, and squeaky. The pool was dirty.

I spoke with the manager, who said he would refund me for one night, but since then he has stopped responding and hasn’t contacted me.
I strongly advise others to avoid this place!

Oase im Regenwald
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war mitten im Regenwald gelegen, sodass man von der Terrasse ins grüne geblickt und Tiere beobachten konnte. Wir haben viele Papageien, Affen und Leguane gesehen. Letztere sind durch die Anlage gelaufen. Man konnte in der Unterkunft dem Trubel aus Manuel Antonio umgehen und super abschalten.
Der Pool war super erfrischend und es gab einige Liegen. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut!!!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei all unsere Fragen und Anliegen direkt Hilfe angeboten.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto konnte man in Manuel Antonio oder Quepos sein. Ubers fahren auch, aber sind teurer. Allgemein ist die Gegend sehr teuer.
Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

El personal atento y simpáticos tratan de hacer que tu estancia sea agradable stan intentando reparar todo lo malo pero necesitan una buena inversión 😉

No me gusto que las instalaciones están un poco viejas había humedades en las habitaciones no tenia tv y se te meten las lagartijas y bichos constantemente hasta por el aire acondicionado ,que estuvieranos en el campo no significa que tenga que dormir con bichos las toallas el papel higiénico y la basura si no dices nada no te lo cambian nos enteramos en último momento tienen que dar esa información a la entrada o mediantes carteles

Prima, maar geen goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel. De locatie is mooi tussen het groen. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud, waardoor de prijs kwaliteit wat ons betreft niet in verhouding is. Daarnaast zijn bijvoorbeeld 90% van de stoelen bij het zwembad dusdanig beschadigd dat ze niet bruikbaar zijn. Dit nodigt absoluut niet uit om gebruik te maken van het zwembad.

Zdecydowanie lata świetności tego obiektu minęły 20 lat temu

Stan obiektu który się rozpada i remontu nie było chyba od nowości . Brak sprzątania w trakcie pobytu . Oraz wymiany papieru toaletowego jak się skończył bo jedna rolka to za mało .

Os funcionários são atenciosos, a melhor é a Kira. Piscina salvou nos dias de calor, funciona 24h (só não entendi o porquê se ser tão funda). Quartos amplos, cama confortável.

Cons:

Manutenção da pousada deixa a desejar. Apesar da piscina ser um diferencial, estava sem os ralos, podendo causar acidente. Pisos quebrados por toda pousada também. O café da manhã são as mesmas 3 opções todos os dias, e trazem o prato escolhido à sua mesa.

La persona que lo regenta muy amable y atenta y te presenta toda la zona. Especial reconocimiento a Fernando que estuvo muy atento a algún imprevisto que nos surgió durante la noche. El desayuno elite.
