Quarto que nao é suíte
Pros:

Localização, atendimento do Adilson do café da manhã.

Cons:

Quarto em péssimas condições, cheiro de mofo, nao havia colaboradores no domingo a noite após as 22h. Rejunte do banheiro sujo, café da manha domingo, cabiceira da cama mofada e enferrujada, faltava pratos e quando chegaram estavam molhados(nojo) cortina caída, nao considero suite, é apenas um quarto falta muito pra ser uma suite de verdade. Foi decepcionante. Caro e nao vale a pena.

FUI COM A MINHA FILHA E A FAMILIA, A POUSADA ESTAVA TOTALMENTE VAZIA, SÓ NÓS MESMOS. TENTEI FICAR NA SUITE AO LADO DA MINHA FAMILIA, UMA VEZ QUE ELA PRECISAVA DE AJUDA COM AS CRIANCAS, MAS ELES NAO LIBERARAM PELO PRECO QUE EU TINHA PAGO NA MINHA, PORQUE ESSA AO LADO DA MINHA FILHA TINHA UMA HIDROMASSAGEM, E MESMO EU INFORMANDO QUE NAO USARIA A HIDRO, POIS EU E MEU MARIDO SOMOS IDOSOS E JA CAIMOS EM BANHEIRA DE HIDROMASSAGEM E PORTANTO, DESDE ENTAO NAO UTILIZAMOS MAIS ESSE TIPO DE OPCIONAL.

Pros:

O hotel tem como sede uma casa histórica muito bonita. Os quartos nessa edificação são mais acessíveis, sem necessidade de subir escadas ou rampas. O estilo de decoração dessas acomodações é mais clássico. Há quartos com decoração mais contemporânea em área mais distante da sede com necessidade de subir escadas e rampas. Todos os quartos são muito limpos, com camas enormes e confortáveis. Os banheiros são amplos, chuveiro quente e até hidromassagem. O café da manhã é soberbo – muito acima da média. O restaurante como um todo serve pratos gostosos e variados. O atendimento é ótimo. Localização excelente.

Ok but not great, not a 4 star for me! The group will try another place next time we visit Miguel Pereira.
Pros:

Great location, the view from the outside is so relaxing besides the loud music across the lake at 8am Saturday and Sunday. Beds and linen were very comfortable! And the apartment was very clean. The front staff Lidia was so nice and helpful as the temp guy serving breakfast as well.

Cons:

Sauna was broken already. Some of the rooms had a mold smell and bathrooms get all wet when you take a shower. Breakfast was not good on the first day, very little options and missing menu for us to place orders like eggs, tapioca, omelets etc, we just got those menus on the second day. Also some of the staff wasn’t so helpful or friendly.
