The elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairwell. Wouldn’t book again

Great weekend in Tremblant
Pros:

Great staff, incredible location. Definitely a younger crowd hotel which is fine if you are aware of that! Some wear and tear in the rooms but overall clean.

Cons:

The only issue was the elevator made this noise every time it was in use and you could hear it in your room - quite loud.

Damaged mattress, making the bed uncomfortable. Also, no soundproofing.

Beau séjour malgré un début difficile!

Très bien situé pour le ski

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans notre chambre (382) à notre arrivée dans la Tour 2. Un technicien a finalement confirmé cela et on nous a offert un très beau studio dans la Tour 1. Le seul ennui c’est qu’il a fallu déménager nos bagages, notre nourriture et nos skis nous-mêmes via le stationnement du sous-sol. Un peu pénible en fin de journée!

Too expensive for the quality
Pros:

The location is really good if you want to be close to the lift.

Cons:

The noise at night is insufferable. There is a lot of parties in the rooms and the is no isolation between the rooms. Also, they start vacuuming the hallways at 7:30pm on Sunday while we were trying to sleep. And they didn’t do our room the first night.

The fact that we ask for early check-in - and totally understandable they could not guaranty before 4pm -- and the amenities were available to us -- Except that we were called for check-in only at 5h45pm is not acceptable. I am disappointed and will probably book else where in Tremblant nettime.
