Location is great
Room was dirty, hot tub hours are awful, overcharged my card. (Told me different price when I booked vs when I checked out)
Très bien situé pour le ski
Il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans notre chambre (382) à notre arrivée dans la Tour 2. Un technicien a finalement confirmé cela et on nous a offert un très beau studio dans la Tour 1. Le seul ennui c’est qu’il a fallu déménager nos bagages, notre nourriture et nos skis nous-mêmes via le stationnement du sous-sol. Un peu pénible en fin de journée!
The location is really good if you want to be close to the lift.
The noise at night is insufferable. There is a lot of parties in the rooms and the is no isolation between the rooms. Also, they start vacuuming the hallways at 7:30pm on Sunday while we were trying to sleep. And they didn’t do our room the first night.

The fact that we ask for early check-in - and totally understandable they could not guaranty before 4pm -- and the amenities were available to us -- Except that we were called for check-in only at 5h45pm is not acceptable. I am disappointed and will probably book else where in Tremblant nettime.

Le fait que la tour des voyageurs est très bien situé
Le fait que la carte pour entrer dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas et ont à dus retourner deux fois. La chambre était dans la Tour2 des voyageurs alors que la réception se trouve dans la tour 1 ont à perdu une heure et le personnel me faisait attendre pour les clés.
La troisième fois les clés ont fonctionnés enfin.
