The room size was huge, it had a balcony, I had 2 Aircon, it's located bang on highway.
Staff are friendly. Lift access available, plenty of car park available. Suitable for children, baby and senior citizen. Very close to Velankanni madha temple and some shops.
Very hard to say, there was water supply issue but was fixed.
The location was okay. But the breakfast timing was not okay. We came at 9.20 and there was almost nothing to eat..

The hospitality of staffs where too good.
Could have additional transportation facility in and/or around the property which could have made the travel easier around the premises

WiFi doesn't work in rooms
Hardly any toiletry items provided in the room. Room service is miserably poor, the guest having to approach the Reception Desk each time a need arises (e.g., replenishment of drinking water). Wifi accessibility is not available inside the rooms, it is (at the most) restricted to the lobby and reception areas. The staff were generally cordial but were helpless on many points where the guests needed attention and service.
Overall outside look (unpainted), Room service, dining hall hygiene, wifi, toiletry items, dress hangers (only 1) in wardrobe, room phone (with no directory provided), safety aspects like latches on the door (sharp enough to wound guests while using), etc etc.
I really can't think of any.
Just everything. We booked two rooms. Floors were full of footmarks from housekeeping, soapy and slippery, the kettle wasn't working, the fan regulator stopped working in the middle of the night, AC wasn't effective, adding to the chorus. THe next day we were treated with flies infested breakfast area with some very basic options. The receptionist wasn't helpful and the room service guy basically asked us to adjust with everything!
I forgot to say this earlier which is why I came back to edit my comments: After "booking" the place, treebo messaged a day later asking for advance booking without which the "booking will be canceled". I rushed paying quickly all to experience this horrific stay at the property.
I had booked a Deluxe Room for my stay, but upon arrival, it wasn't available and I was given a normal room instead. The rating on Booking.com for this property was fair, but my actual experience did not align with that.
