Ein Aufenthalt den man besser vergisst.

Cons:

Es gab Probleme beim einchecken, Notfalltelefon nicht besetzt, mit Hilfe des Nachbarn kam ich in mein Zimmer aber da die Zimmerkarte nicht funktionierte, durfte man die Türe nicht schließen. Angeblich ein Computerfehler. Personal war nicht auffindbar.

I am at 23.00 at hotel Les portes de  meuse, but  all  is closed. I walk from A to Z and nothing persons.


I must go sleep to my car - truck. See you tomorrow  at reception . Please make easyer. I  park news reception and I sleep in this truck .

L'accueil à mon arrivée

Cons:

La nuitée... dans une chambre déclassée qui donnait directement sur l'autoroute... j'étais en soirée étape pour me reposer avant de reprendre la route le lendemain...avec le bruit de l'autoroute et les moustiques toute la nuit, d'ailleurs mon bras droit était couvert de cloques suite à des piqûres..
Très mécontente de cet établissement...

Zeer slecht en slechte communicatie door Booking

Inchecken via automaat, werkte niet, telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Zeer slechte ervaring. Na contact met de klantenservice heb ik gemeld dat ik op de fiets aan het reizen ben. Booking deed na bijna een uur totaal niet passende voorstellen. Van deze lagen er twee voorstellen aan zee‼️Als men zelf de moeite zou nemen om de voorstellen te bekijken hoop ik dat u zelf ontdekt hoe passend deze zijn. En maar roepen dat ik genius 3 level heb en dat ik zo belangrijk ben. En gelukkig ook nog een toezegging ban €5. te betalen na het inleveren van een bonnetje. Super service 🤬
