Pros:

Struttura in posizione strategica, in paese non ci sono molte cose da fare né camminate che partono nei paraggi. È necessario spostarsi, però si raggiunge cortina e altri punti d’interesse in relativamente poco tempo. La ragazza alla reception veramente super carina, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli estremamente utili, è stata decisamente un valore aggiunto alla vacanza. Colazione buona. Possibilità di cenare in struttura con piatti tipici. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera la prima sera che è stato prontamente risolto dallo staff.

Cons:

Prezzi alti per servizi offerti, ma penso in linea con quelli della zona. Camere vecchie e decisamente da ammodernare. Per i servizi e le camere che offre la struttura il prezzo è un po’ troppo alto.

Ho prenotato in questo hotel per stare vicino a mio marito per un intervento alla spalla,non sapendo dove andare ( in ospedale, ovviamente, non potevo restare) ed essendo molto stanca,si sono prodigati per farmi avere la stanza molte ore prima del check in,li ringrazio tanto per questo.Camera pulita,letto comodo e buona colazione, posizione vicinissima al centro e dotato di parcheggio,consigliatissimo!!

Relax, buon cibo e personale gentile
Pros:

Colazione a buffet abbondante e con ampia varietà di cibi dolci e salati.
La SPA ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, minimale, ma essenziale, pulita ed accogliente.
Personale gentile e a disposizione per informazioni.

Cons:

Le dimensioni del bagno, un po' piccino, ma pulito e dotato di tutte le cose essenziali.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I came in late and still managed to get dinner at 21h. I needed some place to store my bike and tools to fix it and they were very helpful. This hotel saved my bikepacking trip.

Convenient to Cortina d’Ampezzo and the Cadore region. Welcoming and comfortable.
Pros:

You arrived as weary travelers and left with friends and hugs. We loved this place. We stayed here to attend Olympic events in Cortina, which is 20 minutes away. Very comfortable and homey, excellent, really excellent food, convenient location within walking distance of the town square and shopping and restaurants, if you choose to eat out. Breakfast was great, with fresh squeezed orange juice, mixed fruit and vegetable juice, great coffee/espresso drinks. The spa is incredible, beautifully tiled, every detail thought through. Would definitely return here.

Gentili, pulito, includono la mini SPA e servizio ristorante

Cons:

Camere un po’ basiche (non sapevo dove appendere accappatoio e giacca) . Nella SPA idromassaggio che funzionava a metà

Ne é valsa la pena soprattutto per la conoscenza e l ospitalità del cameriere.
Pros:

Location carina e accogliente, i letti sono un po scomodi, ma il personale é super accogliente e molto gentile, in particolar modo il cameriere che accoglie e aiuta durante la colazione.

I letti e il bagno sarebbero da rivalutare
