Struttura pulita e funzionale, moderna. La stanza grande e letto comodo.

Cons:

La piscina è fredda malgrado fissino con temperature ben al di sotto dei 10gradi e la jacuzzi non funzionante. Le porzioni della cena erano minime, ed il cibo era poco variegato e discreto. Poca scelta nel buffet e nelle proposte nel menu di cena. Nel complesso il prezzo un po alto per l’offerta.

La camera era grande, aveva il balcone e arredata con buon gusto.
Colazione ok varie scelte di torte ma non eccezionale, macchina del caffè automatica, nonostante abbiano bar e ristorante, nulla di preparato sul momento.

Cons:

Animali ammessi parliamone. Arriviamo al check in e la proprietaria mi fa notare che non avevo indicato in sede di prenotazione il cane perché sono ammessi "solo su richiesta", e ok colpa mia, dopo averlo ripetuto altre due volte comunque ci fa salire in camera. La mattina dopo in sala colazione il proprietario ci dice che il cane non può stare in sala colazione "non per noi ma per le altre persone a cui può dare fastidio" quando eravamo soli in tutta la stanza e il cane è educato e sta sotto il NOSTRO tavolo. Come si fa a pensare di accettare il cane e poi non poterlo fare accedere in sala? Dove lo si lascia, in camera da solo dove rischia di fare sicuramente più danni?! In tutto questo chiedono anche 15 euro di supplemento per "accettare" il cane. Nel 2025 ci sono certamente umani che disturbano molto più di un cane pulito educato e silenzioso.
Per parlare di altro, per 180 euro per una notte, il rubinetto perdeva acqua dalla base, non c'era sapone per le mani tra il kit di cortesia, il mini bar aveva solo due acque e una birra, tutto molto tirchio. Lo specchio non era stato pulito.
Il piumone era molto pesante per non essere ancora inverno quindi abbiamo avuto caldo tutta la notte ma a toglierlo era freddo.
Orario della spa 16.00-18.30 pare una presa in giro.

A great hotel in the Casies Valley
Pros:

There is something special about this family hotel in the Casies Valley. The owners welcome you with a smile and a greeting, and help with anything that comes up. The room is very large and the view from it is amazing. The highlight is the excellent meals, especially the 5-course dinner with dishes special to the region and unusually tasty. We loved this hotel!
