Pros:

The receptionist is super friendly and helped me a lot. We could communicate with the help of translation application. The location is exeptional.

Cons:

The breakfast is too simple. The hot water for shower is limited and is very difficult to control. Either it is too hot or too cold, and in the end there was no hot water to finish the shower.

Pros:

Топло и разбиращо отношение на управителката. Изискан и уютен хотел с внимание към детайлите.Въпреки, че е еднаква за всички, закуската е вкусна и засищаща.Разполагахме и с разнообразие от напитки - чай, кафе, айрян, плодов сок, топло прясно мляко и мин. вода. Наличието на печива, бисквити и мюсли направи изборът още по-голям.

Нямаше нещо, което да не ни хареса.

The hosts are very nice and helpfull people, they help with everything we ask them. The hotel is on top location. Walking distance to the attractions in the old town. The parking is huge bonus. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Deffenetely recommend 👌

Невеликий готель але дуже затишний. Гарний вид з вікна. Неймовірно комфортні ліжка.Привітний персонал. Чудовий сніданок. Безкоштовний паркінг.

Прекрасно местоположение. В близост до Крепостта, ресторанти и магазини. Много чиста и уютна стая. Като цяло хотела е много добре поддържан със всичко необходимо за престоят ни. Прекрасни и мили собственици с топло отношение към посетителите. Накараха ни да се почувстваме като вкъщи. И не на последно място - наличието на частен паркинг в близост до хотела.
