За пореден път отсядам в хотел Киев и всеки път съм очарован от отношението на домакините. Локацията е чудесна, стаята безупречно чиста, домакините са се постарали с допълнителни комплименти към гостите.

Всегда стараемся останавливаться в этом отеле который является отличным примером семейного отеля, очень приятные и внимательные хозяева,чисто,симпатично оформлены номера,хорошая парковка рядом,в самом центре старого города,отопление кондиционером которого хватает для тепла но так практически везде в старом центре,ночью мы им не пользовались но не было необходимости,отличная постель

Cons:

Из "великолепный завтрак"необходимо убрать "великолепный",да и завтрак тоже под вопросом.Вы получаете купон на сумму 3,5 евро на человека в соседнем магазине и этого хватает на один кусок баницы по болгарским ценам,кофе и вода предоставляется в холле отеля,при соответствующим ценах на отели в Тырново есть завтраки и получше.Рекомендую установить в душевой электрический полотенцесушитель чтобы немного обогревать это помещение,то от кондиционера тепло не доходит

Pros:

Много приятно впечатление ми направиха малките детайли към отношението на собствениците. Предварително отворен прозорец, за да влезе чист пролетен въздух, оставени бонбони, кроасан и нес кафе. Малките детайли и декорация в общите помещения и стаята създават усещане за уют и комфорт. Чистотата, отношението и локацията няма как да бъдат по-добри.

O cazare reușită cu proprietari extrem de atenți la nevoile tale!
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut felul în care a fost renovată clădirea, cu barul “Pantera Roz” și camerele mari, spațioase, cu mobiler modern și funcțional, vederea către cetatea Tsaravets. Ne-a plăcut în mod deosebit felul în care am fost primiți și tratați de către proprietari care au avut zâmbetul pe buze tot timpul și au fost extrem de atenți - ne-au asigurat loc de parcare, au umplut tot timpul spațiul de mic dejun cu cafea, ceai, lapte, prăjituri și fructe.

Sejur frumos cu câteva excepții
Pros:

Foarte frumos orașul, mâncarea excepțională ca și prețurile, foarte corecte. Plin de magazine de încălțăminte și anticariate.

Cons:

Atitudinea proprietarilor de la hotel, nu ne-au dat indicații clare cum sa ajungem in fața hotelului plus micul dejun a fost o păcăleală, trebuia luat de la patiseria magazin de lângă hotel și nu trebuia să depășească 12 leva de persoană. Tot ce depășea acea sumă plăteai extra în condițiile în care o plăcintă era aproape 5 leva din croisant 4 leva, absolut jenant.
Rezervarea la restaurant cu seara de revelion a fost un fiasco total și scump, aproape 90 de euro de persoană.Toate felurile de mâncare au fost reci și unele chiar necomestibile. Programul de revelion a fost super slăbuț cu 2 cântărețe locale care au cântat cam fals , muzică majoritatea bulgărească in condițiile in care mai mult de jumătate din restaurant erau turiști străini, fără sau aproape deloc muzică internațională.

Pros:

Locatia este superba.Foarte bine pozitionata ,astfel incat sa ai acces LA tot ceea ce inseamna obiective de vizitat.Proprietarii hotelului sunt persoane extraordinare,foarte atenti cu oaspetii,grijulii sa nu-ti lipseasca nimic,mereu binevoitori.Recomand fara ezitare aceasta cazare.
