Have to park was cut off which was being that it was spring break so the kids really had nowhere to play and the beds in the resort were hard
The fact that the part was halfway closed as well as the theme park indoors was took out half the fun
Nothing from check-in to hotel room etc
First came in train need to get a lift to check in then another lift because was not the place to stay nextask for a closer room because we both are handicap m room far away from elevator next room dusty not clean, trying to get relax go to the pool or hot spring elevator out to f order so then no customer support need to go back to the check-in place another lift,to fix my situation finally left this nightmare hotel.this ruin my vacation

No coffee pot, no staff on site, the location and having to drive to the park

People were extremely loud after midnight. Bathroom was dirty and rooms smelled moldy.

We didn’t like that it smelled like weed. And also it was very noisy.
It was attached to the indoor water park and arcade
Too noisy. Children running in the hall at 1:30 AM. Staff should do better with keeping the hallways quiet during quiet hours.

The bed way to soft, like a sponge. Mattress could be slightly stiffer
As soon as we walked into the hotel building it reeked of weed. All my kids were plugging their noses. The entire unit was very rundown. We did not feel safe there and ended up leaving early.
