Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds !
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse, très propre.
L'hôtel est très bien.
En plein centre.

Cons:

Problématique de personnel.
la porte de l'hôtel est restée fermée, il fallait passer par le bar.
3 portes à ouvrir au lieu d'une, compliqué avec des bagages.
A l'accueil de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas eu souvent quelqu'un.
Forcément, du fait du manque de personnel, ils étaient débordés au bar et au resto.
Pour le petit-déjeuner, une seule personne au bar le matin pour servir tout le monde.
J'ai dit à cette personne, en espagnol, que j'étais français et que je venais pour le petit-déjeuner.
Celle-ci n'a fait aucun effort pour me contenter.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con la tele, ya que es un poco antigua y no sabíamos conectar el tdt, habitación muy grande para tele tan pequeña, casi no se veía... pero pongo, aún aso, un 100/10, el personal súper amable, de hecho la chica nos subió pilas creyendo que era el mando el que estaba mal pero lo que estaba mal era el cable... por el resto el desayuno y todo súper rico

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y el hotel está genial. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y está todo muy limpio. Perfecta ubicación si vas a visitar Safari Madrid.

Cons:

Como sugerencia, como el agua no es potable podrían dejar un par de botellas de agua en las habitaciones, además hay nevera.
