Good location. The restaurant staff were very good
I’d booked (at great expense) a junior suit comprising a double bed and a sofa for 2 of us. The lady receptionist refused to prepare the sofa bed for me unless i paid an extra €30 for the time and effort it takes the hotel to place the bedding on it. She was very condescending and not in the slightest able to to see how ridiculous she sounded.
This should not be advertised as a junior suite with those facilities of one is not allowed to use them without extra charge.
Central location. Close to grocery store (steps away) the bahns and lifts. Very spacious room at the top of building facing the roundabout- what an amazing view of all the activity and surrounding mountains! Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!
Parking was a lot about 300 meters and a busy crosswalk away. A bit noisy at night with windows open; no AC. The timbers under the roof in our room could be too low for a taller person on the far side of the bed.
Molto pulito, staff gentile, sorridente ed efficiente... Avevamo la camera mansarda molto bella, grande, con un bel balcone!!! Il cibo è buono e ben cucinato.
La ragazza bionda al servizio tavoli al bar era un pochino scostante.

Ottima la colazione: ricco buffet per tutte le esigenze e abitudini.
Ottima la cena: cucina multi regionale. Tra i primi e i secondi a scelta non manca mai un opzione per il pesce oppure una scelta vegetariana. Inoltre c'è ricchissimo buffet con svariati antipasti molto ben fatti, pane di più qualità, contorni supplementari con insalate e altro, frutta fresca assortita.
Notevole anche la carta dei vini.
Servizio in tavola molto preciso e accurato; il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.
La stanza da bagno è un poco datata. In particolare la scelta di una doccia combinata con una vasca da bagno è scomoda e anche pericolosa specialmente per un anziano. In più ho trovato difficoltà a regolare la temperatura dell'acqua e a dirigere correttamente il getto.

Geweldige medewerkers, fijne baliemedewerkers en ook in het restaurant waren de medewerkers fantastisch! Het eten was ook geweldig. Bij de sauna zat ook een infrarood cabine, heel fijn. Je zit dan zo’n 30 minuten in de cabine, en dan heeft het veel effect. Ook het bed was comfortabel. Ook de locatie is heel handig voor het dorpje en de kabelbanen. Aanrader! Echt zo’n hotel waar je altijd vindt dat je te snel bent weggegaan.

Great location. With coffee shop mostly cyclists. In the middle of the city. They upgrade my room. It was really nice with nice views. Plenty of space in the room
(Restaurant):Don’t miss half board in this hotel. Very nice BF and super nice dinner start with delicious buffet salad then first course, second course and sweets. Always was super super. Very friendly staff in the restaurant. Main reason why in book the with HB because they are very limited restaurants in the city.

Location was great and easy to check in and out of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. You could see the cleaning staff working hard each day - I felt like they took pride in taking care of the hotel. The breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. We enjoyed grabbing a drink in the afternoon at the hotel bar. And the hotel was very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. And the view of the mountains from our room - breathtaking!
No air conditioning, but that is to be expected in Europe. Luckily it was cool enough in the evenings (despite being in a heat wave) to open up the windows and let in cool air. Also there was a woman server working the bar tables that wasn't very pleasant (she did not seem to like us for no apparent reason, maybe because we had a kid with us? or she really didn't like her job). But the other male servers in the bar areas were great and friendly.
