The pictures of the room online were nothing like the room we were given. They must have renovated some rooms and not others. We stayed in room number 504. The bathroom was very bad, with mould everywhere and a water damaged door that would not close properly. If you stay here, make sure you ask for a room exactly like the photos provided online when you book.

About iron .. they have only 1 iron and need to wait for others first..
The location of this hotel is near attraction place like Ben Than market, the park, mall. Easy to access all place by grab. The hotel itself has friendly staff.

Ci hanno cambiato hotel (ci sono tipo 5 o 6 strutture "Nicecy") mettendoci in una altra struttura nella stessa via e offrendoci un upgrade in stanza a piani alti.
Tutto ok se non fosse che questo hotel secondo me non era allo stesso livello (e allo stesso prezzo) di quello che avevamo prenotato e dai commenti so che fanno spesso questo gioco.
Place is too dark especially the corridors.
One of the best stay I had abroad. The Staff was beyond helpful and polite. 100/100 recommended and will stay here again if I get back to vietnam.

Closer to the markets and some attractions
The staff were not so friendly. Starting from taxi booking from airport which they charged exorbitant monies (almost 6 times the Grab). Some hotels in Hanoi charged exact prices or even discounted prices.
Even the travel agency in the hotel were trying to charge 3 times more for the HopOnHopOff busses. So all in all not a very good experience for us in HoChiMinh city
My dad and mom say that we not stay here they arrange to onother place and also dirty and very dirty

I have now learned you have multiple hotels why wasn't I booked into those ones
It was OK. Standard of cleanliness was so low. Dust everywhere that hadn’t been clean for months, along skirting boards and desk. Good location but we found lube and condoms just on the shelf of our wardrobe which was gross. Really basic tidying that just hadn’t been done
